2. The long-term economic effects of short-term gains for both individuals and business is a hell of a lot more important than what can be saved in the moment. Just because there is another option does it mean that that other option has to be used. Some shops are at 100% better than others. It's the Personal Space, Environment, The Vibe of the people that are at the shop Plus a litany of other things that people don't consider which THEY SHOULD. I don't like to see Decks and Dice being taken for granted like this. This shop is Bar None the best shop in Three Counties in terms of Environment and Quality! I don't get to come up to the shop very often however I want Decks and Dice to thrive and to be there for me when I can finally get some time to stop in for a visit.
A couple of things. Let's just call a spade a spade. I don't care. That kind of bullshit is 100% a loyalty issue. Its derived from a lack of gratitude because places like Oconee County took close to 30 years to get any kind of legitimate LGS is to open up down here. For what seemed like forever we had to go to places like Greenville or Anderson. The last ones that I can remember before Tapstart in Westminster is The Pit and The Batter's Box. Both of which didn't make it past the year 2000 if I'm not mistaken. I understand that people like to look for deals but what they however what most failed to realize is that at least a portion if not all of what they are "Saving" is going to go up and smoke for the gas to get there in the first place depending on where you're coming from.
