This was so beneficial! One of my struggles has been labelling. I had a logo designed for me and everything but because I put so much effort into the inside design (landscapes, layers, etc) having a label cover that seemed counterproductive. Duh, clear labels 😑 anyhow, thank you for all the tips and tricks you've been sharing, so helpful every time!

I get them from another crafter who imports them in large quantities. They sell to me as a favour and don't want me saying that I purchase from them :(. Otherwise I would!

Your videos are so awesome! You answer all my questions! I wish I had found your channel when I started in October. I love making bath bombs but I have had so many issues. Watching your channel has really helped me troubleshoot. I live in humid Florida ugh, it can be so tough to dry them. Thank you thank you for all of your advice. Market set up is so amazing!

Great video! I use Online Labels too. The transparent label s are the bomb! You can see the look of the product through the label and that sells product. Your choice of label is the 3rd most important decision after prrroduct and logo (branding). I think you should have talked more about what should go on a label in generral and what to look for in size of a label to make it easy to read. Maybe you could do a video on this subject?

Hey Jerika, could you possible put the laser printer you use in your list :) I want to buy one but I'm on a bit of a budget, do you have any advice?
I would recommend saving until you can afford a quality printer. You get better results and will save money in the long run because you will want to upgrade anyways at some point. This is the printer I use: amzn.to/2X2QrnX

I went to online labels to buy the 2.2 round labels. All the have are 2 inch & 2.25 inch labels. This maybe a stupid question, but are the 2 inch labels, the 2.2 you buy? I’ve started making soap along with other bath products. I’ve gotten so frustrated trying to do the labels. I don’t want to purchase one or the other, and it being the wrong size. I would really appreciate any help you can give me before I place my order. I have a laser printer, but after watching this video I wish I had an inkjet printer. :)

What did you wrap your soaps in? I don’t want to use wax paper or card stock to wrap my soaps in. I love the clean clear look on your soap labels!
It looks as though your laser printer can also print directly onto the shrink wrap packaging. Am i seeing that right? what printer do you use?

Have you considered going plastic free? I don't like the idea of plastic, but it looks so nice and worry about not being able to see the product if it is in a box.

I just want to touch on the printer subject, in regards to Inkjet printers, some printers use dye and some pigment, so look for a pigment based printer if that is the route you are going with guys :)

Being a designer, I’ve been using Adobe’s software daily for the last 20 years. While Photoshop is great for its intended purpose, Illustrator is a better choice for creating labels and other graphics. Vector based graphics yield a better output for text when printing.
I agree with you 100% to print laser on the highest quality label you can afford.

Learning that an inferior product with superior packaging will outperform a superior product with inferior packaging is one of the most valuable lessons to learn when putting your products in front of potential customers.
This is SO true. I see a lot of people caught up in making their products perfect and neglecting the branding and packaging. They’re often left with great product that won’t sell!
