I bought a brand new CRV about 3 years ago. I made some fair negotiations with the dealer. It was $30,000. It looked bigger than this in the boot, seemed to have the same engine and CVT, had identical fuel economy. The back seat looked roomier than this and I think the styling was better (not to say this looks bad). So now if I want to go back to the equivalent size ZRV I’d be paying$43,200 for a slightly smaller car with the same engine performance. Car companies are crazy.
At the moment the CR-V is a rival for the RAV4, but the ZR-V is only 3cm shorter nose-to-tail, 1.5cm narrower, and has a wheelbase that's 3.5cm less. They are very closely matched, and with the new CR-V growing in size (and likely to expand it's seven seat offerings) Honda's range is getting a bit of a rework.
Honda's are now built cheap. Where's the chrome door handles? Where's the luxury looking grill? Why does the front look like a Ford fiesta/focus? The Honda accord seriously needs to look less like a fleet car and a reliable luxurious Lexus. Why is honda Australia just civic and suv focus? Wheres the integra and nsx? .....not that we can afford the new nsx 😅
In the Australian range the HR-V sits below the ZR-V as a small SUV, this sits as a medium, and the CR-V's next generation will grow in size to become a medium-to-large SUV, though still officially designated as a medium SUV.
I really don’t understand the sunroof thing. I don’t want sunshine in my car, nor do I want something that might fail and adds weight. I also don’t like leather seats but I know I’m in the minority.
The ZR-V is only 3cm shorter nose-to-tail, 1.5cm narrower, and has a wheelbase that's 3.5cm less than the RAV4. Next to a Corolla Cross the ZR-V is 10cm longer overall, 1.5cm wider, and has a wheelbase that's 1.5cm longer, so it's positioned right between the two. In Australia though the Corolla Cross sits in the Small SUV class, whereas this will be officially classed as a Medium SUV.

That's true right now, but by the end of this year Honda will launch a new CR-V with a 4cm longer wheelbase, 7cm longer body, and small changes to height and width, pushing up in size compared to the current model and giving it some clear differences between the ZR-V.
In a similar way to what Honda Australia did with the Accord and Accord Euro in the same vehicle segment, they're trying a similar approach with ZR-V and CR-V. By the end of this year the new-generation CR-V will have launched, and moved up in size and price to give both space within the Medium SUV class. As CR-V moves to upper-medium in size the difference between the two (and ZR-V's similarities to RAV4) will become clearer.

over 54k car haven't got single sunroof and vision techonolgy is real down side for honda.

It’s not a new model. It’s the RHD version of the HRV sold in the US.
