this video is for nationals and residents in the UAE who are planning to apply for a Schengen visa for a short stay in Europe. I will show you how to apply for a Schengen visa in Dubai or Abu Dhabi using VFS globe.

I am using Germany as an example in this video. but you can apply for any Schengen country member that you want.

there is no option date of birth but then you get appoitment they generat by self same date u apply but year they decrease one does it make issue during cener

you apply online and pay for appontment, then you go submit your documments in vfs center.
dummy ticket is acceptable.
no need to mail any papers
for the picture, just go to any photo studio and tell them you want schengen visa pictures. they will make for you.

Hi, VFS Global Dubai is showing earliest appointment to be on July 1, any other way to have the appointment earlier ?
unfortunatly VFS is the only option to get schengen visa in the UAE

After submit the visa application and the documents at vfs ,does applicant needs to go for another interview at the german embassy again
There is no interview, vfs will take care of everything

It must match with your retiring date. So if u gonna come back after 1 month you resident stay before you leave need to be like from 3 months above. Something like that I read

I dont know about the process but you can contact the embassy directly and they will guide you.
Can I use my employment contract instead of an HR letter
Both are different salary certificate with N.O.C is important became it says about your date of joining, position, current salary and approved leave date which some embassy letter

You didn’t mention how much is the total costs. Like during the personal appearance
its around 500aed including the appointment booking on VFS. so 100 for booking the appointment, and 400 you pay when you submit your documents.
Can Dubai Visa Resident book appointment in Abudhabi VFS or they will only accept Abudhabi visa Residents?
Yes you can apply in any Emirate.
You cannot actually, for Al Ain and Abu Dhabi it's Abu Dhabi VFS and for the rest of the Emirates it's Dubai VFS

schengen visa allows you to enter Austria, if you have multiple entry visa.
