Gotta say, I have 4 disabled dogs of all sizes (Rottweiler, chihuahua, Great Pyrenees, deaf, 3 legs, crippled back legs, etc) and I’m from Texas. I would NEVER put them in this situation and I wouldn’t use them as a reason for my bad choices
Me too. We have always had 4 to 5 boxes at 1 time. There tails where cut by the time we got them and never has there ears down and I hate to say this but my mama passed away from cancer then 3 months later our 20 year old daughter was murdered 3 weeks shy of her 21st birthday and by then we where done to 2 boxes ( all lived to ve 11 or older) and my husband got our only living child a 1/2 pit mix tail was very long once again ears never cut and then we found out my husband needed a kidney transplant and was on the transplant list over 6 1/2 years 15 months on Dialysis and then we got the call last fall its been very hard and when he went on Dialysis we where told no dogs In bed so his port that was coming from his tummy wouldn't get inf. So I would sleep w our pit on the couch and when she feel asleep I would go to bed and when she would wake up I would go back to the couch and our only boxer left will be 15 July 4 and he can't get in our bed. The 1st thing my husband said out of icu can my dog sleep w us again they said yes ☺️ he was so HAPPY ND like I said it's been hard getting his new kidney Thanksgiving we spent in the hospital Christmas new year in the hospital. Thank God it's been 30 days he's been home but Feb 20 our pit ( who just turned 6) must of jumped off our bed wrong or something and she couldn't walk, sit and she was crying and him and our only living child took her to the ER and they said her spine in her lower back blow out and they gave her meds well my husband came and got me so we could say goodbye to her has a family. I hurt for him and our only living child. I would of thought our 15 year old boxer would of went 1st and we bring all our animals home and they get laid to rest w a family member ext our daughter has a our cat, mama a dog my father a dog and when we pass we will get 2 each. It almost killed our family when our daughter was murdered but for him to fight to live for his family and then lose his dog hurt me and his sister just passed a week ago from a heart attack and he can't go out in the public yet bc his wht blood count is still low. I know u don't know our family but I ask for prayers please ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏
