The swift police response and thorough inquiry led to the discovery of a GLOCK 9mm concealed under Valerie's skirt. Valerie was arrested and transported to the Athens-Clarke County Jail. She faced charges under two statutes: Disorderly Conduct, reflecting her involvement in the altercation, and Reckless Conduct, directly linked to discharging the firearm.
