Absolutely a learned behavior. Whether it was from friends or social media or from home. It still falls on the parent who allowed that influence into her daughter’s life. She is 13 yrs old. Absolutely is the parents fault.
Unfortunately, there are way too many kids that act like this now a days. 2 parents are good, but 1 will work just fine if they're responsible and work on having a good relationship with their child. Same goes for 2 parents.
It seems like the career criminals say they can't breathe, their arms broken or they have a shoulder problem, they flip out and cry racist or in this person's case acting rude and obscene as absolutely possible. I said that many swears and probably like a year

@@Saleigh with a mother like hers, I highly doubt there will be any change for the good. She is 13 years old, drunk at school and facing her first felony charge. Where do you think her life and future will lead when the felony charges start to pile up? She won’t be able to get state licensing to do anything productive with her future or earn a decent living thus the blaming and not taking responsibility will continue until the gavel comes down and she goes away on state paid holiday. We can hope all we want, but it’s a very sad state of affairs that a lot of young people make early on due to enablers who have been guilted into allowing them to behave this way. She should have been sent to a mental hospital to start getting help, not released to a codependent “mother”.
The mother is a disgrace. She doesn't care that her daughter took alcohol into school, she's more concerned that the school and police didn't allow her daughter to get away with it.

"My daughter has never given me any problems." That's because you and your daughter are the problem. It's pretty evident where the daughter gets the entitled attitude from
The mom is a prime example why the daughter acts the way she does. It’s only going to get worse as she gets older and it will be everyone else’s fault.
Obviously a kid who has been told how wonderful she is and how she doesn't have to listen to anyone if she doesn't want to. Just another waste of space.
If I did what she did at her age, the cops would have to take me away for my own protection from my parents. The enablement this girl gets from her own mother is exactly why she acts this way.
the cops would have dropped me off at home and quickly drove away, never looking back- at 50 something I get worried just thinking about what would have happen to me.
So your parents abused you and some how that's bragging rights. You know parents can parent without abuse and just by using their words. The ones who abuse are weak minded and lack communicational skills.
100%. That girl is the way she is because she learned it from her mother. We saw it when the mom first arrived at the school. I wouldn't be surprised if SHE had been drinking. She was belligerent, loud and kept repeating the same questions as thought they hadn't already been asked. I felt for both of those cops.
The fact that the daughter chose to call the mother says it all. I would have BEGGED the school NOT to inform my mother if I'd ever been in that position.
If I acted like this with teachers, let alone police, my parents and grandparents would have made me beg the police to arrest me with a life sentence. They'd have beat my ass black and blue.
I love how the mom says in one breath “she can be very belligerent” and then pretend like her daughter never acts like this at home. Lady, you created a monster.
@@bekindtoanimals2189 I was picking up extreme hostility in the eyes of the other woman. The only reason she wasn't acting crazy is because she's been raised to know she can't out-crazy her mother. They're all horrible people.
No wonder, society as a whole is going downhill... imagine this brats behavior in 2-3 years. Beware every man who tries to get in contact with her, they are with one foot in prison only looking at her!
Loved it when mom asked how her daughter got her alcohol & officer responded “Well, I don’t live w/her at home, so YOU tell me…” He made a major point that completely flew over her head.
The mother didn't really act like a model citizen. Perhaps that's where the origin of the problem lies. Speculation: substance abuse and following dysfunctional parenting. A 13 year old drinking in school, that's is beyond teens being stupid.
If she's this much of a punk at 13, imagine at 18. She'll find out there's always somebody bigger and meaner that will put her in her place. Mom is definitely the problem.
These parents are the issue. They've never taught their kids respect for authority, never had to deal with repercussions for their actions, they allow them to do whatever they want, cry to get their way and excuse any and all behavior as someone elses fault. Then they become preteens and teens anr act like this. The mama wants to say, oh not my baby! 😂😂 bet anything theres no stable, involved father around
The mother is an imbecile. I hate having to repeat myself. The officer had to do so with the mother over and over and over again. I wouldn’t make a good cop because I don’t have the patience. Can’t handle stupid.
why do people think an annoying wannabe is "entitled"? She's just trashy. Entitled is someone you think isn't entitled but gets away with felonies or is above the law, like politicians or the wealthy. Not some trash girl acting hard. She will easily be convicted. That's not entitled in any way.
I'm betting the mom gets the same treatment from her daughter, "shut up" "you're retarded", "fa**ot" in Spanish "..or whu". She lost control of her at some point. The older one who came with the mom at first didn't appear to have a better attitude. If something doesn't change soon somehow, that girl is lost. And ultimately it won't be good for her, either.
When she called and wasn't told to watch her language or to calm down, I knew it was a parental issue. Then the mother showed up and proved us all correct.
Yeah, I usually tell people to give the parents a little bit of slack, the whole "nature vs. nurture" thing, but if your *13 year old* daughter is showing up drunk to school, that seems pretty indicative of a MAJOR abdication of parental responsibilities.
Schools don't expel children for these violations anymore? I graduated in 2005, not too long ago, but things like this were considered zero-tolerance and would've been automatic expulsion...but as I went to a black school, maybe it's different, lol.
@@TheFishingNomad I get that you can't put all the blame on the parents but the mom in this scenario isn't taking any responsibility for her underage daughters actions.
Once the mother arrived and interacted with the police I can 100% understand why this girl is the way she is. This little girl is going to find out the hard way someday that acting this way is 100% wrong.
Sadly she's going to be in an alley or house with her "homies" and bad shit will happen. She thinks it's "cool" to have an attitude but that isn't going to do shit when she's surrounded by thirsty dudes that don't give a fuck.
Yes, and the expectations for kids in school can be so low as well. The teachers or school staff were engaging with this girl while her behavior is completely absurd. They were arguing with her...no, that behavior doesn't get attention as educators. I used to work as a behavioral specialist, and was with behaviorally and emotionally troubled children to put it nicely. Reinforce appropriate behavior, and do not reinforce the inappropriate. I would not have put energy into engaging with a drunk 13 year old. Simple commands and consequences and until she can speak with respect and treat people as humans she gets ignored. That goes for the mother too.
All correct what you said. Treating her as a adult diminishes all of the adults power to regulate laws, how people treat each other, allowing those that want to learn, learn
Hahaaa 🤣 I was thinking something similar. I was wondering the reaction of the mom, if she sat down and watched that footage in front of the officer that she filed the complaint about (along with the principal, her daughter SOBER, the other teachers, security, & officer). ….I’d like to know her reaction. 🤔💭

Here in the state of Kansas you can get your drivers licenses suspended before you can even get a license if caught drinking under age. No driving under the influence needed.
agree and the fact that she called the pd to file on the officer is shameful. I think the mother needs to be brought in and made to watch the video of her daughter and explain how her daughter is such a good daughter can act like that. The fact that she also allowed her daughter to get on the phone and run her mouth off. I guess that says a lot on how she sees her daughter and having her see the bodycam footage would do nothing and most likely would not see the truth any way
I had a friend who was always doing stupid stuff and getting in trouble, but his parent didn't want to hear it and got more upset with the people telling them what was going on than with their son. Well I agree her behavior is deplorable the officers behavior is much more deplorable. Officers today tend to get physical way too fast and escalate things for no reason. They get their feelings hurt Andy said to go ahead and do whatever they want. This is why there are tons of lawsuits against officers that cross a line and it ends up collecting the city the state and the national government tons of money which is actually your money. A properly trained officer would be able to handle this situation without getting physical, at least to that degree. I agree that her actions deserve some punishment but this is going to do nothing to help anyone.
What infuriates me the most is that they didn't take her to the juvenile detention center & have her mom pick her up after being charged formally. When these kids get away with no consequences like this, they learn NOTHING and law enforcement has failed them as much as their parent has...
@imitailian1963 I agree with you wholeheartedly! There were 5+ grown-ups in the room and yet this little 13-year-old brat called all the shots. Why wasn’t she taken into custody right away? It’s disgusting.
The issue is, just like mental health facilities, youth detention facilities across the nation are almost always at capacity and there truly is not enough resources for those things. It’s wrong it’s disgusting and our state representatives absolutely need both of those things in their top priorities list.
Does the first officer infuriate you, too? He also has to face consequences because what he did was criminal. He was so nervous when he was being questioned because he knew what he did was wrong and it was all caught on camera. The second officer did everything the way you’re supposed to, which includes not being biased which is one of the biggest problems with the police.
I was a bad kid but nothing like this. I didn't like the rules so I left home & school because I thought I was so smart. 50+ yrs later, I'm still regretting my decisions. It was my fault, not my parents fault. I bet they wished they could've given me a swift kick over and over but I admit I was a handful and they tried. Too bad this mom doesn't at least try to get her kid on the right track.
Mom doesn’t care anything whatsoever about being a mother. She is the poster child for the new liberal ideological egg donor who attempts to retain eternal youth vicariously through her daughter. She will claim to everyone that she and her daughter are like sisters and are “besties”. Absolute guarantee that mom is a perpetual “victim” and has taught her daughter that there are no consequences for her behavior (clearly). She is a disgrace and her daughter will never develop ANY worth other than the attention she gets from men. She’s raising the next generation of prostitution. Mom should be charged with child neglect. The daughter will ABSOLUTELY be pregnant and on every social service available by 15. Taxpayers are definitely supporting this whole dumpster fire.
Wow. If my mama witnessed me acting out like this kid, there wouldn't have even been teeth left to identify my body with. Mom is the only person I've ever been afraid of. All 5 foot-nothing and 115lbs of her. Thank you mom, for raising me right. I'm so thankful I made it to 36 years old, and have NEVER behaved like this 13 year old.
I am disgusted by the mother!! Her daughter was in possession of alcohol, didplayed disruptive and abusive behavior, had no remorse for her actions and took zero accountability for herself!! The gall of the mother then calling to file charges against the officer that detained her daughter for all of the above behaviors is despicable!
she has more balls than all the people commenting. you lot would be crying like babies being adults getting arrested and she takes it on the chin being 13
Maybe, if her mother ever disciplined her daughter, and took her phone away, her daughter wouldn't be like this. Children LEARN how to treat others and how much they can get away with! No way should her daughter get away with drinking at age 13, and verbally abusing several staff members, including the principal! Yet the mother never says how awful it is that she was drinking, and needed help! It's one excuse after another. She'll end up visiting her daughter in prison, with the way she is acting at age 13!
I literally said the same thing tghe moment I heard her screech "WHEREISMYDAUGHTERWHEREISMYDAUGHTER (cop tries to tell her) WHEREISMYDAUGHTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" Ugh - cops are way too lenient here.
Somehow the people who feel the need to talk like they're tough are always the weakest . . . anyone like this mother or daughter walks up to you talking all hood like that you can just immediately conclude "insecure" and you won't be far off.

Absolutely a learned behavior. Whether it was from friends or social media or from home. It still falls on the parent who allowed that influence into her daughter’s life. She is 13 yrs old. Absolutely is the parents fault.
The fact that mom is "definitely going to fight this" before she even knows what happened says EVERYTHING
Unfortunately, there are way too many kids that act like this now a days. 2 parents are good, but 1 will work just fine if they're responsible and work on having a good relationship with their child.
Same goes for 2 parents.
Serious enabling! Disgusting!
Her mother is an enabler and the root of the problem. This is not a 13 year old little girl trying to behave in school, this is a future inmate.
It seems like the career criminals say they can't breathe, their arms broken or they have a shoulder problem, they flip out and cry racist or in this person's case acting rude and obscene as absolutely possible. I said that many swears and probably like a year
Let’s hope that things turn around for this child bec she is just that a child her brain is not fully developed until her 20’s this is for all kids when becoming adults .Now I’m not condoning her behavior bec yes their is no respect for the law or people older than her it’s very sad seeing a young girls future going in a neg direction I pray it goes to a positive one

Any sensible mother will not tolerate this bratty behavior. I've seen some great moms. This mom needs to rethink her parental choices.
It will all come back around. ..to her mother

Speechless. Absolutely speechless that someone would let their 13-year-old child think that is the way to act in life and behave. I hope CPS gets involved because that parent has no control.
Parent has no control of herself either. They are both loud mouthed and nasty
She calmed down a lot though.

I learned a long time ago not to worry about other people’s children, unless, of course, their actions affect my children. Half the people commenting are terrible parents themselves. Just sit back and enjoy the entertainment, buddy, and worry about your own. Considering she’s a minor, this really shouldn’t be on the internet for the entire world to see, anyway. Kids, especially teenagers, do dumb shit. And with the way rap/street culture has been propped up and promoted…are you really that surprised at how she acted or what she did? Par for the course, pal.
She should've been charged with her speech impediment...who is she trying to sound like?
She just has a bit of an accent. Evidently, Spanish is her first language. Nothing wrong with that, of course. The issue here is she brought some booze to school with her...and got caught!!
Charged ? For having a non existent speech impediment?
Bright spark, aren't you!
I wonder if you are also a low ranking member of law enforcement? I honestly wouldn't be surprised!

The mother's behavior is astonishing. She's completely unwilling to place any accountability on her daughter. You can tell the daughter does whatever the hell she wants at home. The mom better be prepared for numerous court hearings in the future smh.

Same here! I have a 15, 17 & 22yr old & no fkin way would I tolerate any of this!
Well the leadership of the world invited a 15 year old to the UN to lecture the world on pollution, so this isn't really surprising 😊
Oh believe me teachers and school officials have no power. It’s sad
The situation was very weird. Why did the officer just tackle her after giving her no warning? She literally said hurtful disrespectful words, but he tackled her
The fact that she didn’t get amped up & super disrespectful until she called her mom says sooooo much. She knows how to play her mom but her mom enables every bit of it & she knew exactly how her mom would react if she called upset vs the average kid who would’ve been terrified to call their parents in that situation knowing they’re going to face worse consequences.

@@pamelasarris8262I can see her ending up in the prison system in the near future. Unless if she chooses to turn her life around.
The fact that she left that room without any broken bones is a testament to the self-control and professionalism of everyone involved, especially the officer who cuffed her.
I guarantee this arrest will NOT change the trajectory of this teen’s life choices and she’ll end up in prison, because the mother clearly has never set boundaries for her daughter’s actions.
Not defending the kid but the officer was wrong to initially take her down like that. They're lying when they said that she was lunging at the principle and was a threat. She was just cussing at people but not physically a threat to anyone.
@@tonygeorge470 I honestly agree with u, and I also think that the parents should be charged, not the girl (because she's a minor and her parents should be held accountable)

As well as the law, she only got battery charges? That’s insane given her behavior. Her mother has a twisted view of love if she thinks she’s getting a future with that behavior and does nothing about, but rather encourages it. She’ll have no problem doing it again, this girl needs jail times and probation.
I guess that says a lot on how she sees her daughter and having her see the bodycam footage would do nothing and most likely would not see the truth any way
The mom is more mad that her daughter called her abruptly than the fact that her daughter is literally drunk and cursing people out. SMH!!

I had a friend who was always doing stupid stuff and getting in trouble, but his parent didn't want to hear it and got more upset with the people telling them what was going on than with their son. Damn! Does the “catch me outside. How bout dat” girl Have a sister? What the hell! Who lets their kid act like that? Like when the girl called her mom. She said “come pick me up or some shit.” What 13 year old talks to their mother like that? And who lets their 13 year old speak to them like that?
Well I agree her behavior is deplorable the officers behavior is much more deplorable. Officers today tend to get physical way too fast and escalate things for no reason. They get their feelings hurt Andy said to go ahead and do whatever they want. This is why there are tons of lawsuits against officers that cross a line and it ends up collecting the city the state and the national government tons of money which is actually your money. A properly trained officer would be able to handle this situation without getting physical, at least to that degree. I agree that her actions deserve some punishment but this is going to do nothing to help anyone.
