I love your knitting content, it is always interesting to me. I also deeply appreciate that you were never elitist about yarn, but used whatever made you excited for the project. Over a small amount of time, it was easy to fall in love with your family life & creative mix of content. I just told my husband yesterday, how much I enjoy your enthusiasm. That you love what you love and share it, and it is inspiring. We need that, to see people love what they love and leave the haters in the dust.

I am not usually making comments but I want to say that I perfectly understand your frustration with podcasting and having to be "stiff" with lights in your face and smile and be pretty and have the ball bands in order aligned on the table like the knitting communities rely on this to survive. I prefere your vlogs and you being you, and nothing bad on using store bought yarn. I just bought 100% non super wash wool from one of the chain stores. I like all your projects especially the dark green one! The pumpkin hat and pumpkin sweater super cute. Cheers!

Thank you for explaining. I get it 110%. A monthly catch up would be nice if you would enjoy it. I personally love to watch “podcast”, where the maker is enjoying their work and not just trying to sell me the newest bags and hand dyed yarn. I love to see box store and commercial yarns being normalized. I absolutely agree and have struggled with my podcast for some of these reasons. I have been doing it for 10 years and struggle to even keep current subscribers and it is so saturated with people who have fancy equipment, lighting, and editing skills. Maybe you can just sprinkle knitting into other videos you already make but if it doesn't give you energy then let it go. I was so happy to have met you at Rhinebeck when we were hanging out with Lindsay and Trysten. ❤

It is so easy for people to be awful and act like someone else's experiences are a TV show for them to critique when they are hiding behind a screen 🤬 I loved your knitting podcast but i also love your vlogging style now and would hate to encourage you to force yourself to film a specific knitting episode if that gives your brain the icks. Seeing knitting projects pop up at random in your vlogs is like a little surprise hunt for me 💜
