    Lol, that moment where he moves to the music. That's me in every game when I'm waiting for something. Very cool and balanced level. Not too difficult, but still requires thought. The kind of approachable yet satisfying design you'd expect from a Wayforward dev.

      Exactly! I love that his intention was simply to create a thoughtful level, instead of treating the relationship with players as a masochistic joke. Really respect this one. And I totally do that too. 😆

    I appreciate that I'm not the only one in the world that moves and jumps to the music when waiting for stuff in the game.

    Most creative level I have seen so far. Wouldn't expect any less from Wayforward, kudos!

      You can tell he works on Shantae! A lot of the levels in the games actually have you moving to the music.

    Just an added note, you CAN beat the goomba room (4:00) with a koopa... Its not faster though. You could also do it with a buzzy

    That's a pretty cool stage. I'm not crazy about 'puzzle levels' in Mario Maker, but I thought this one was well done with the possible exception of the Yoshi bits.

      BlakeCasimir Risky's Revenge and Pirate's Curse are already on GOG. The first game, however, remains Nintendo exclusive.

    This explains a lot about the Shantae games... because this level doesn't look fun or interesting at all. So much waiting around for such little payoff, completely linear design swept behind the illusion of choice, and he picked the most annoying possible music for it too.

      Also can these really be defined as puzzles? A lot of them are just "do the only thing you can do".
