Oh shut up dude...Florida's team was better all year. OU's schedule was a joke, Florida's was much tougher and you want to say Florida was just better that night. There were plenty of Saturday's all season long when Florida was better than OU. Brown had a great night against Florida so stop with the Demarco Murray crap.
@@rmg797 Florida was very fortunate that night. Wasted opportunities by OU. OU would have won 7/10 games if they played that many. Just wasn't OU's night like he said. Florida can't hold OU's jock strap. That hurt we put on you in the Cotton bowl will be a recurring theme for you all soon enough
@@hoel7367 We would have stopped Demarco Murray. Bob Stoops, our former DC knows how good our defense is
Still can’t believe how well OU played considering how biased the refs were to Florida… (Michigan fan here)
That Oklahoma team did not deserve to be on the field.
Tebow deserved a second Heisman that year. This game only proved that he was discriminated against because of his Christian faith!
If Tebow had declared he was a muslim he would have been the first three time Heisman winner!
I hate to tell you this but the game was rigged. No way Florida beats Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. We had this thing. Frankly we did win this game. So hold your heads high Sooner fans.
Oklahoma Sooners... 2009 BCS National Champions
lol this level of delusion
I hate to tell you this, but Sam Bradford partied at Florida a few times. And, Oklahoma lost to the Florida Gator football team in this game.
Your ignorance is jaw-dropping. How did you make it through life being that stupid?
and they have been irrelevant ever since
If DeMarco Murray had not got injured That season Oklahoma would have defeated Florida.
No Florida was just the better team. Stop being salty that your team lost.
ProfessorCho Gaming What about the game convinced you Florida was unequivocally better than OU?
@@lukejr.7785 the score. If we had Chris Rainey play the whole game it would have been bigger win. Cant play the if game.
@@joek1121 Who is Chris Rainey??? After looking him up, I see his only record at Florida is for most blocked punts. Here are Demarco's for OU:
Former all-time leader in points scored (390) (passed by a kicker in 2014)
All-time leader in touchdowns
All-time leader in all-purpose yards
All-time leader in receiving yards for a running back
All-time leader in kickoff return average
Chris Rainey may not have lived up to his potential because of injuries, but please don't compare him to Demarco. Rainey appears to have been a nice well-rounded player, but that is all.
@Jamal Greasy IF YOUR AUNT HAD NUTS SHE'D BE YOUR UNCLE! There is no evidence that OU would have won regardless..... Scoreboard!!!!
OU's O-line was blatantly holding all night - what a joke.
USC was far better than either of these teams in 2008.
clearly that's why they're not on the field
Really ?? Funny how I didn't see them play for the National Championship. However, the #2 Gators DID play in the title game and beat the #1 ranked OU Sooners.
Where was USC? Oh yeah, that's right. They were all at home watching two OTHER teams play for the title.
Texas deserved to be there more. Texas would have beaten Florida. Florida got the title and that's fair. They deserved it.
not with that soft big 12 defense they couldn't stop a nose bleed !!!
@@brianstevens3963 okeedokee artichokie.
Texas lmao …. They let Texas Tech shred them. Florida would have slaughtered them
Texas would have gotten their butts whooped. It would have been ugly. Texas defense sucked ballz that year and UF would have lit it up.
Both QBs sucked as pros
