I don't know why I haven't been commenting on all of the videos, but I've been binge watching your videos for the past 2 days. I started with your first video, and am making my way to the most recent one, but I don't want to watch them too fast, because then I'll be sad that there aren't more! LOL Your channel is the first one I have seen in a really long time that makes me feel inspired. I feel like I have spent most of my life not really dressing like I want to, because of the expectations of what other people think I should dress like. I have some seriously crappy family members who like to slam me for pretty much anything they can find to slam me for, and how I dress is a fun topic to criticize me about. Ask me why I've waited until I was 45 to say a big "screw you" and start really just being me...and I won't be able to tell you why LOL, but the time has come. Watch out, people. It's about to get funky over here. These purses all turned out so awesome!
The flail bag looks INCREDIBLE. I am so tempted to try this. I'm not much of an artist, but really is it not just some rectangles connected to a circle covered in triangles? I can paint all of those things! Normally I'm a swordy guy, but you're makin' me want to branch out into other weaponry. What about... a double bladed axe bag??? Now I think I need this.

The weapon-centric purse line is a 100% GOOD IDEA! I gotta say, the Morningstar flail is my absolute fave... But the cutout flower purse is my 2nd fave! For some reason, I imagine it as the perfect knitting project bag. I don't blame you at all for keeping the flail purse - it's chef's kiss!🤌 Love it when you do DIY artsy projects. Always inspires me to tackle my own. ❤️❤️❤️

long time thrifter and i never thought of doing this to all the vanilla purses at the thrift! all of these bags are great, the green one tho is the perfect one for a non vanilla mom like me hahaha

CONGRATS 💗💗💗 i personally love the purse with the cut out flowers!! also quick question, when you film at the thrift store, do you use your phone cam/mic? i have so much anxiety when it comes to filming in public but i feel like if i did it on my phone that’d make me feel better! lol
thank you sierra!!! and yes i currently use my phone! I feel like it does the trick and is way less intrusive than a big ole camera with a shotgun mic haha. I like to keep headphones in too because maybe people will think i'm on a video call/facetime and not just talking to myself 😂 YOU CAN DO IT!

Watching this as I paint the edges of my brand new Dooney Florentine satchel. Why paint it? From the outlet and the edge sealing handles was eroding off. I wanted the bag repaired but they was like return it. And I’m like no. I love this bag! Soc de de deeer! Leather paint to the rescue!

These came out great, especially the weapon design which works perfectly on the bag. I want to give this a go but wonder how durable the paint is.
Thanks Kristine! And great question. So far, it’s been pretty durable as I throw my purse around (ha) but the paint I used isn’t waterproof, so I’ve been careful not to get it wet. If I do it again, I’d probably use regular acrylic with some fabric medium to make it a lil more durable. Let me know if you try or!
