I thought it was quite sweet around the 21 minute mark when Clair is eyeing the camera to make sure the kids aren't in shot, then it shifts a bit more left. So sensible letting them have their privacy but also letting them take part in the fun.

A tip when reverse searing a steak is to take the steak of indirect heat 10-5 C less than you want it, then sear aggressively 1 min each side then rest for 5-10 min it will come out perfect !
