James, start your day off with a healthy tasty smoothie - I add baby spinach, broccoli, blueberries/raspberries and avocado, along with yoghurt and a bit of orange in mine. It's a sweet tasty treat and a fantastic way of getting all of your vitamins. I've always been a fussy eater, but I love a breakfast smoothie. I haven't got an expensive 'bullet' I just whizz all of my raw fruit and veg up in a blender - Belated Happy Birthday wishes sent to Clair.
