This one was 2.5 hours from pull in to pull out. There was quite a bit of property protection and a shot or two off the extension ladder. Plus, I worked longer on the filthy garage door seal. I ended up using 12.5% and a brush on the seal. At the time I had no idea this was a spot the homeowner hated looking at. I'm glad I took the time on the seal because she was excited it looked like new on the walk around. So it's better to take a little more time and do all you can do to get the project as clean as you can.
