Good evening from Canada 🇨🇦. I understand how you are feeling. On November 8th my husband had brain surgery and then was released on the 10th to do a 5 hour road trip home. Then on the 15th in the morning I found him having seizures. He was rushed to our local hospital and then airlifted to a hospital 2.5 hours away from home. He was in hospital ICU for 5 days then in a ward for 4 more days. He came home and I am now his caregiver. But he is coming along. Sending you hugs ❤. I know it's hard but try not to second guess yourself. We all only can do what we can. Thinking of you ❤.

I’m feeling that I’m moving backwards on all fronts, at a time when I had planned to be moving to completion on some projects, in order to move onto new ones. I’m about 60%, which may fall further if the central heating in my home can’t be rectified before Christmas. I’m fortunate that I have my family and friends around me to get me through this.
Taking the time to ask people how they are is so important, even if they appear fine. Equally important is not beat yourself up if you have a normal conversation with a person that you are on friendly terms with, but you don’t knock yourself if you had a normal conversation and some outcome you could never of seen happened afterwards.
It’s very sad, tragic in fact, but we are not our brother’s keeper.

Hi Olly. Sorry to hear about your work, mate. 70% today. Car has a cracked fuel line dragging in air into the diesel line. Ended up looking at my parents car needing fixing and parts turn up on Wednesday. Wife had a blow out tonight so ended up recovering her. Still 11 years ago my wife had a bad car accident and was air lifted the Sheffield Northern General Hospital. She was fighting for her life. So having gone thought that each day is taken as it comes.

I’d say I’m 95% today. When I was an apprentice I worked on a building site that had a team of roofers which had a couple of young lads. For a week one of the young lads (24) used to complain in the brew room about his ex-girlfriend and how he was having trouble with her and seeing his young daughter. Lads being lads joked with him, gave him banter but also advice etc Friday came and he was still telling the same story, like no one could tell him anything and people were getting abit of fed up of him! I didn’t say anything to him at the time. Come Monday he had taken his own life, no one knew what to say, but in hind sight no one could have said anything and to be fair people had given him advise and offered help but the other things in his life overwhelmed him. That was 20 years ago and I can still picture his boots under his PPE in the drying room on site on the Monday morning, it was raining in the middle of a heat wave in summer!
Sad news, R.I.P to Will the garden man. Your day makes my crappy one pale into insignificance.

Oh boy that’s so so sad. Sorry for the loss. Over the years I’ve seen first hand people take their own lives including 6 attempts by my wife. She still fighting through her depression.

Great video olly that’s terrible news about will the gardener I suffer from depression and have been in and out of hospitals with it and as my doctor says the mind is a very dangerous thing it’s hard to keep going sometimes but when you have kids you have to keep going I’m 80% today

So sorry to hear. About Will So sad I’ve just been a funeral today of a friend who took his own life and the funeral was in are Church and the Vicar gave. The. Best funeral service I’ve ever heard we all have different views about this there obviously very ill he did ask for help at the hospital but they just turned him away Mental illness is a terrible thing because there obviously in a very dark place and if they could just talk to someone I’m sure it would help. today I feel 91% and Olly what a fantastic video

15% had a pain management appointment today and it was no help. Struggling bad this time of year. Memories of loosing mother to cancer over Xmas 2015, may not have a job in the new year and my health physically and mentally very poor. Then the stress of Christmas and trying to keep the facade up to hide how I really feel. Tired, very very tired.

Hi Olly don’t apologise for the way you feel today we all have bad days and it’s very understandable that you don’t feel great after everything that’s happened. Tomorrow is another day. I have had a good couple of days seeing my granddaughters after a surprise visit so I’m 85%.
The focus, help and support for metal health that you do week in week out is helping so many. On top of everything else running a business and a family, keep doing what you are doing and from everyone, a big thank you.
I’m 90% today, a little under the weather but doing good. Just remember all the good you do for so many people Olly all the charity work and these daily videos even though I’m sure on a day like today you didn’t want to do it. I started watching your videos when I was at a stage in my life that I was so crippled with depression that I couldn’t leave the house and the only thing I looked forward to was the farming videos on UA-cam coming from yourself, the millennial farmer and welker farms. Now I’m running at 90% and over most days running my own ag engineering business and you guys were a part of making that possible.

Very sorry to hear about Will, but please don’t beat yourself up over it, the amount you do for mental health is amazing. You have a business to run, Will had a business to run, as much as we’d love to, we can’t always engage with people as much or as long as we’d like too, or nothing would get done. Will could of approached you on that day as he most of known your stance on mental health, so I’m sure he was probably feeling ok at that particular moment. I’m at 90% today, went to the Christmas party of my youngest RDA centre yesterday and for the first time in 11 years he was brave enough to actually go up to Santa. May be a little thing to most but that’s a huge step for him.
Also got my first chance on a tractor today (only an old little NH TC21D but to me it’s great) harrowing the arena at the centre.

My mum has been diagnosed with dementia a few months ago, she is 92 and it's heartbreaking , it's also very hard to find someone to talk to about it, so you Tom and Evie channels keep my spirits up . It's terrible to hear about Will, the gardener. It's so sad that we feel we can't talk about how we're feeling . I know from my own personal feelings that it's not that easy to tell people honestly how you're feeling when you're down. I've often tried and just got back. "You're not still moaning ?" , "You're in one if those moods again! " I'm fortunately feeling about 70 / 75 % today, probably because I'm looking forward to the Christmas break.

Also don't second guess yourself about anything about your friends situation, my old boss took his life and i spent alot of time thinking if i could have done something different. Its awful,theres no words for it and the grief of people left behind. Anyway 80% today, i think the SFI's are a no brainer. Ian needs some Elves to help him. He's doing a great job.

Hi olly 60% today Mrs lost her leg slightly over 12 months ago had news she could have to have more surgery and may loose her knee plus where supposed to be on run down to Christmas but we're absolutely flat out I work in construction it's manic plus lost Saturday overtime so Christmas is hard this year but I've still got my health

I almost feel guilty now for feeling so good 90%. I'm very lucky, retired from teaching 14 years ago and enjoy every day. Two replacement knee's in three years, I enjoy my daily cycle on my ebike, have a workshop to amuse myself, a dog to walk (to be fair, Anne my wife does most of that) and am warm, comfortable and well fed. There's no reason not to feel good; there are so many people who are struggling, I'm very lucky!!
