There is no bond like a family bond. You and Michael are a hoot!! You can rib family in a way you can’t others. 😂 Why does Michael have much more hair though! 😂😂
Great statement James, relearning why it doesn’t work. That’s so true, proper head in the sand stuff. I remember ploughing set-a-side land too, ghastly stuff.
We use to spread the beans on with a vicon vaire spread fertiliser spreader and ploughed them in., and then tidy it up with a power harrow to smooth it over for the sprayer. Great video and nice to see your solutions to the wheat and barley mix.
Really enjoy as a dairy and beef farmer here in EIRE it's nice to see ye big arable farmers having to work hard to get the crops in . Keep up the good work 😅
Still wetter than it looks in places, contracting we were stuck in Suffolk on big tyres this week, had to be pulled out of a field near Spalding, then dropped in on kinder land in Cambs. Trying again tomorrow.
brilliant video again, poor old big G having women trying to get between him and his food(the price of stardom 🤣🤣) but great to have the banter with Michael and we learn so much just listening to you both.
I find the work on the land very interesting. With the hold ups in the weather. My best friend is a farmer. And all she talks about is the cost of inputs and the price of grain. She has a 15 year old tractor of 150hp brought for 35 thousand pounds and a new one is 145 thousand pounds this year. Hope you got a good deal on the CAT.
Well James, what a fantastic video. Great to see you and Michael in the field talking about the challenges you face. Are you a member of your local running club? You both are looking good and have you got a new schoffel gilet? By the way, you and Michael are busy working whilst Wardy, Olly and Martin are in Portugal, didn't you get invited? Thanks James, looking forward to the next video.
I love the passion you guys have for 1 the soil, 2 nature , 3 providing food for the nation, if it wasnt for you guys / farmers we all would be in seriuos trouble, shame the politicans dont get it twats be safe from essex
Every day a school day here, thank you. Your wet drilling kit is with a wheeled tractor, tell my why the tracked tractors are not up to this task ? Please. Thank you.
I do feel sorry for the people that haven't discovered your channel yet. I think yourself and cousin Michael should start doing a weekly step count just to up the competition a bit 😂
Looks like you should tell Claas to take back there combines and get 3 yellow or red combines for next year. they claim zero grain losses over the back. Claas must be the worst combines for grain going over the back .
Will ya show a bit more of the drills actually working, keep talking about them but never show how each of them differ. Think the camera mans not a machinery man😁

Especially after a shit day of drilling and blockages 😮
Keep going James, good programme yet again.
Best wishes for a productive week. I remain inspired at how James can keep his humor and inform through the ordeals of farming

Hi James & Team Drills for all jobs Thanks again
Good conversation, good company, relaxed but on the ball. Rogue the black grass as some others do!
Love the banter, it’s difficult to farm in the UK the weather is unpredictable, you are doing a great job
Top farmers, I still believe burning stubble or even surplus straw is the best way to clean up corn arrish.
Great video James great watching you and Michael talking over you plans for the drilling
Good stuff, James , I’d put the slug pellets on it and let it grow. 👍
brilliant video again, poor old big G having women trying to get between him and his food(the price of stardom 🤣🤣) but great to have the banter with Michael and we learn so much just listening to you both.
best farming double act on youtube. We're all in the same boat with the drilling, its another nightmare year. If it was easy, everyone would do it
Top job once again chaps. 👌👍

I must say cousin Micheal looks a bit trim now James. The best double act in the farming world.
We need to breed hybrid slugs, that only eat black grass 😅
Great video considering the conditions you working in, I think another wet weather drill needs adding to the fleet ❤
Good video things moving forward well done px team
such great content. for farming also you 2 guys are so funny on your crop walks .
The wheat will be green when barley is ripe ,so you will have to go with roundup,
Greetings from Dundalk, Ireland. Keep up the good videos
Good video James, it must be so frustrating when you have that amount to do.
Stayed in a hotel in Elgin the other night. They had Glebe Farm oat milk. Thought I’d give it a try and was pleasantly surprised how good it was.

What's that saying " A farmers boot is worth a fork full of manure every step he takes . You're self and Michael, maybe we need to re think that 😊 ..
Have you tried implementing avadex to battle the black grass issues and if so what wasn’t working from it
I do feel sorry for the people that haven't discovered your channel yet. I think yourself and cousin Michael should start doing a weekly step count just to up the competition a bit 😂
It took a fair time for the penny to drop for Cousin Michael 😉🤣
The weather is crap everywhere even in europe
Wet wet wet
Your trucks I see them often in watton. I didn't know U are a little way up the road. Up the a11
Do you no longer plough any land prior to drilling cereals ?
Looks like you should tell Claas to take back there combines and get 3 yellow or red combines for next year. they claim zero grain losses over the back. Claas must be the worst combines for grain going over the back .
how many drill days do you need from start to finish
When it's all about covering costs.....
Mascarni trying a few Cromwell?
Heres a challange see if you can make a video and not mention "BLACK GRASS" twenty times ,although i still enjoy your videos .
Will ya show a bit more of the drills actually working, keep talking about them but never show how each of them differ. Think the camera mans not a machinery man😁
