Buy and Hold is a losers game. You spend 2-3 years to make modest returns. In 6 months 30-50% can be wiped after a crash. Then you spend 2-3 years breaking even. Just to take another 30-50% loss during the next corrections.

I think all you need is an expert assigned by a brokerage company that will trade for you and handle your capital professionally and give you weekly returns of investment without any extra fees attached
