  • A yellow flame on your stove signals incomplete combustion, resulting in soot and carbon deposits that can blacken your frying pan. While gas burners ideally showcase a steady blue flame, the yellow indicates an imbalance with insufficient air for complete combustion. To remedy this, adjust the burner's air shutter for an optimal air-to-fuel ratio, preventing your frying pan from turning black and ensuring a safer and cleaner blue flame.

Hi I am looking at the NJ DS-22 Double Camping Gas Stove 2 Burner. Is it suitable for a BBQ ? We would want to place a square skillet across both burners. What is the measurement from the left burner stove pot holder to the right stove pot holder edge? Cheers.
