If you mix 50% distilled water and 50% citric acid it is great to add to formulas to lower the ph and it is easier to control over the powder form. Thank you, this is a great formulation and video as always. Take care
Thank you! Yes over the years I have experimented with the 50/50 citric acid solution. I actually prefer the straight powder to the solution because sometimes the extra liquid from the 50/50 solution can thin out a formula too much depending on how much you need to add to lower the ph. I agree It is a little harder to control. ☺️
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany ok, I have a shop where I sell my items, so for me it works amazing, I don’t have to wait for it to dissolve. I figured you probably had used it before but I wasn’t for sure. Take care
This looks great! Can’t wait to make it. I have everything except clear xanthan gum. I have soft xanthan gum and might give that a try. I’m assuming it just won’t be a clear end product. I appreciate all that you do!
How do you know if your products are safe for your customers? Do you test them in a professional lab? I would like to purchase but I’m a bit nervous about all those diys 😅

Will you be doing a hydrating tinted lip oil recipe soon? Your videos are so informative and I can’t find any good ones with good ratios.
I'm interested in the classes
Hello, enjoying watching your videos. But, curious if you've decided yet sell this product on your website??
Hi thank you! I am still considering it! I probably will

Totally understandable! I always thoroughly test before placing products on my website.
