    Excellent! Because of these saber videos I've started practising these short loops of movements with a stick of bamboo, and also empty hand as you suggest. It has a great flow to it.

    Crazy the power generated from relaxing and whole body movement, and that performing the movement smoothly and slowly allows you to understand how to release it
