Breath taking!When you talk about balance/flow/rhythm/continuity ease of flow from one movement to the other.(Maybe I'm overthinking )But everything from start to finish.Still the final sections for me is what I really need work on so was so happy to see it done correctly.Slowly, for me to begin to grasp. I was planning to go back to the lessons to relearn but I'm thinking this video is everything I need to hopefully make my taji sword form as smooth elegant flowing and solid like Master Gu's.I'm Inspired.This video definitely saved..to rewatch and learn.🤞Thank You for sharing..Saw the "trailer" of your movie coming out soon!Loved it!Hope you do it for DVD'S , for who haven't been been able to join the premiere..would love to purchase..Much Love always ..God Bless Always and thank you.🙏
This guy just reminded me how awesome planet earth is ..... thousands of years of discipline still blessing our lives today.....what true elegance for the art of movement itself
As Sifu has aged his swordsmanship has tempered, the visual spectacle replaced with refined pure natural swordsmanship, nothing moving independently ,everything pure. Finally, this is not a taiji sword form, it is taiji sword. Respect.
Quite mesmerizing to watch. I've been searching for the answers that I've failed to find for a decade. How to overcome deep depression, daily high stress, how to deal with external negativity directed towards you.... Ive tried everything i could think of...nothing worked. Until i listened to a progressive rock music where there was a segment of bruce lee saying " be water my friend". It stuck with me, and through him, i found Daoism. The wisdom presented is incredible, and it translates incredibly well to even modern life. Some concepts are very hard to grasp, especially for ESL, but through masters Gu, ive understood them better. China is such an amazing place with incredible history. I hope ill have the chance to see it in my lifetime. Thank yo for this wonderful video. Much love from Europe.

The music was beautiful. I liked seeing Master Gu's demonstration with the people around the temple. My favorite was the closing, very dramatic, really beautiful.
What beauty of motion, the music made it dynamic and peaceful all at the same time. His fluidity of motion made believe it was at one with nature and the flow of water. Wow....Just Wow.

Iam more into yoga but each time I watch a movie or video about those Chinese masters and those wudang style location IAM totally in tears ...can't explain why...maybe I should just go there❤

I walked outside with a beautiful gal I loved, and we saw what was most certainly a UFO. . . something that moved across the sky in horizontal and vertical lines, much too quickly to be anything known-to-laypeople technology. 一路平安
Incredible. Thank you for sharing. May I ask what Form is this? The beginning resembles a routine my mom use to do. She learned from a Master from China 40 years ago.
I can see elements of TT Liang's form there. Master Gui's arrangement is more embellished, and I suspect it is closer to the original. Ray Hayward told me it tells a story based on an ancient Indian sutra. Does anyone know if that is true and what the sutra is?
I was under the impression that Qi Gong was quite under fire in the China. Is this not so? If so. Do be careful. I have no doubt you and master Gu know what you are doing. I pray for your safety. I believe Christians and Taoist have much the share, and much to learn from each other.
You're probably thinking of Falun Gong; which we consider to be a [redacted] of western funded [redacted] As long as Gu and his troop of clowns behave they have nothing to fear from us in the Ministry/wider capital. As with the former occupants of the mountain, if they do otherwise - they know what will happen. Show President XI the proper respect and none need have an issue.

I would dub it the " waterfowl dance" for it is very smooth and graceful. But I'm sure it already has a name in Chinese culture.
