Currently looking into Commerce City and specifically the Reunion neighborhood. Good video and I think you've hit a lot of the pros/cons I've observed. Another con I'm finding is the public transit isn't quite developed into this area especially into Denver. While within the Regional Transport Districts, the A line and N Line/Thornton P&R are your closest major hubs that get you into downtown Denver. Both options are a 20 minute drive in addition to the actual commute time. Also, now post-covid, almost all public transit from the north only gets you to Union Station and no longer have a Civic Center option.
Thanks for the kind words, you are correct not much public transportation out that way. There are some great homes out that way, and if you don't mind the airport noise they are great communities. Let me know if I can help you with the home search, or if you would like to schedule a time to chat?
