Yeah - if you like a never-ending suburbia hellscape
6,259 elevation.
The democrats in office have destroyed our state! Our only hope is to STOP ELECTING THESE LUNATICS! Make Colorado Great Again! Hopefully all the people leaving are many of the people who invaded us in the first place
I grew up in the Denver area. The state is now run by perverts and DemoCraps. Illegal aliens are a very large problem and the state has gone Tax crazy ( they call them fees). The worst Governor to ever be in Colorado. As a native it is time to leave.
The safest places are far southwest and far straight west and real far northwest. The rest is not good to flat out un safe. I was born 1945 and raised here. Denver and most of its suburbs are unsafe!
You touched on the primary problem here. All linked to Democrat one party rule, same problem most major cities all have with identical problems. Been here 70 years, ancestors homesteaded where Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park is today. Only thing keeping us here is a nearby county that ignores Democrat insanity, like banning everything that doesn't make them 'feel good'.
We use to steal golf balls from city park
The dense populated areas of Denver are bad? Color me shocked. 😏
Hi there, your making amazing videos! What’s your vision for your channel? Are you thinking about future goals like monetization or creating your own unique brand to stand out?
Hey is there anyway I can contact you for more info on moving to Colorado?
Hey Absolutely, here is my number 720-575-5012 feel free to call or text or you can email me at Info@everythingdenverco.com
Get rid of the background music or at least turn it down. Irritating!
I’ve considered buying then renting out to tenants to make extra money. What do you think of that?
That’s definitely a possibility if the number work out. Right now it is harder to find good investments on the retail market. But there are still some where the rents can cover the mortgage payment. Much harder to find with higher interest rates though. Best option would be to find something under market value that’s needs work and can be rehabbed into a cash flowing property.
I like all of Denver TBH, but RiNo and the Highlands would definitely be my top picks in terms of places to live
Thanks! good choices
Terrible urbanism in the suburbs
I currently live in Longmont, but I’ve been considering relocating out of Colorado. Over the past five years, I’ve seen my cost of living increase by nearly 2.5x while my wages have declined. Additionally, vehicle theft has become increasingly problematic, and the state's political direction has shifted too far to the left for my personal preference, plus I’m starting to get burnt out on evacuating every year due to wildlife’s.
I moved here in the early 70s and when people from California came here, all cost of living went up, and then they elected a governor that wants this to be like California, I want him to go back to California and everybody that moved here from California to go back
Delusional Denver isnt Accurate... its Delusional..
I'll add even more: 1) Extreme passive racism! It is really, really bad, goodness! This place is by far the most racist place east of Kansas! 2) Extremely liberal. Tampons and max pads in public libraries men's bathrooms, men walking around in dresses - it has become worse than CA! 3) Dirty, grungy women! The way they look in the gym, is the best they'll look going out to dinner! These women are disgusting! 4) It's too vanilla! This means that everyone here is incredibly boring, and they all think the same way! Their downtown is seriously dirty, small and filled with incredibly ignorant women who think they are strong and powerful as they vehemently talk a lot of trash to men! It is the only cold weather place where the women hardly wear anything in 30 degree temps and expect you to crank the heat for them! Yes, the cuisine is boring and horrible! If you like classless people, who are pretentious without having tremendous wealth, if you like orgies with old people in Highlands Ranch, if you like your women grungy and dirty looking, and if you are white and racist, then CO is the perfect place for you!
It got worse after Polis let all the Illegals in.
Great video I have sent you an email as there is some problem with your video please check and let me know
You forgot Montbello
I was surprised it wasn't on the Denver PD List either
From what little I've seen of Denver so far, the area S of Coors Field is a bit on the sketchy side. But compared w/other large cities I've been to/lived in, I feel relatively safe there in the daytime at least
Democrats leadership should be number one.
I'll add my own: 1) Generally cold, unfriendly people, 2)horrible,tasteless food 3)bad air quaility in the winder and during wildfire season 4B) Rampant and agressive homeless population in central Denver where I lived, 4) Crazy weather that makes your car insurance sky high 5) Isolation from the rest of the country. If you want to see anything besides the mountains you need to be prepared to fly or drive minimum 10 hours to get to the next major city. I personally thought RTD was cool and I had no issue in affording my home, although paying $325k for a 2 bdrm 700 sq ft townhome built in 1892 kinda stung LOL
Sorry about the unfriendly people. I’ve noticed that in pockets of Denver too. But as a whole people on the south and west sides of the metro and much friendlier. Interior of Denver not as much and you are spot on with the homeless problem. There was also a popular radio show back in the day that did a study that showed people west of Broadway were way friendlier than people east of Broadway. I started paying attention and kinda felt the same way 😂😂😂
@@EverythingDenver yep! LOL I lived in Cole, just blocks from RiNo. The people were absolutely INSUFFERABLE!
Texans and Californians messed up our beloved colorado
How in the hell and why did you find RTD cool? Ever get a scheduled last bus just not show up for whatever reason and you didn't plan to get an uber like they tell you? I don't think thats cool. They also have some major assholes working for them who decide to take their bad day out on you. They could do better, but it's a little insulting when the riders and operators have more compassion and decency for the human predators than the actual working people in the area. I SAID WHAT I SAID.
@@travisc8016 My experience with RTD was fine. I used the line from the airport to the Blake Street station often when travelling, and the Welton station to downtown when I worked downtown and didn't feel like walking to the office. When I lived in the Highlands I would take the 38 bus line into downtown for work and also never had an issue.
OMG so many Iibtards.
Hi bro, do you want a professional youtube thumbnail designer? Lat me know please Thanks
Hello sir, are you looking for a professional UA-cam thumbnail designer?
You better learn Spanish if you live in commerce City Corporate America has screwed the ranchers and the farmers out of their land and turned them into subdivisions.. The roads are crap Cops are non-existent and refuse to help the general public Everything super expensive and overpriced
What are you talking about? This is only because you’re white! 😅😅😅😅
Too expensive, just left there, aggressive traffic, questionable shopping, $$400 a square foot. Its not a hidden gem, it’s getting gentrified also but its got plenty of getto. Our rentals there are problematic. Come on correction!!
The city of Lakewood posts that the City of Lakewood is the fifth largest city in Colorado by population. Aurora is the 3rd largest city in Colorado by population.
That’s correct for all Colorado Cities. This was just focused on ones in the Denver metro. Colorado Springs is the 2nd largest and Ft Collins is up there as well. Lakewood is 3rd among the metro after Denver and Aurora. Thanks for watching.
Great job on the music! Its queued perfectly ✨️ I moved to Golden 9 years ago from the Highlands neighborhood... i ❤ it, but now everyone is moving here😕
Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. Golden is a great place!
East Colfax sucks, Lincoln Park is suspect, Eastside 5 pts forget about it, Park Hill, and Northeast Denver a.k.a montbello. Lower Highlands is calm now
Then don't live here get out of here go back to you shouldn't be here lower Highlands b*******
Currently looking into Commerce City and specifically the Reunion neighborhood. Good video and I think you've hit a lot of the pros/cons I've observed. Another con I'm finding is the public transit isn't quite developed into this area especially into Denver. While within the Regional Transport Districts, the A line and N Line/Thornton P&R are your closest major hubs that get you into downtown Denver. Both options are a 20 minute drive in addition to the actual commute time. Also, now post-covid, almost all public transit from the north only gets you to Union Station and no longer have a Civic Center option.
Thanks for the kind words, you are correct not much public transportation out that way. There are some great homes out that way, and if you don't mind the airport noise they are great communities. Let me know if I can help you with the home search, or if you would like to schedule a time to chat?
5 Points could fill all 5 spots on your list
lol
when was the last time you've been to five points?----the area is becoming quickly gentrified---you see more yuppie yt people there than anyone else
@@hiawathasmalls3397"Yt" instead of "white"...ugh 🤮
Aurora is still better than these 5 areas?
Depends on which neighborhoods in Aurora. They have had their recent issues as well, but there are some great neighborhood further to the east and south parts of Aurora.
East Colfax has been a toilet for so many years I can't count them all. It was a horrible place as far back as the 70s and eveidently hasn't got any better. I moved away from Colorado years ago and it has only devolved since then. I never felt safe in Denver, period. That city has always had bad juju.
🤔
hello sir do you need a youtube thubmanil designer please let me know thanks
The numbers for Five Points and Capitol Hill have to be skewed by them being denser than most Denver neighborhoods. I’ve never felt unsafe in them and they are pretty trendy (and frankly gentrified) areas
Used to be 5 pts
Littleton is a great town!
I hear the politics out there sucks?
It’s why we need more good people moving here
Compared to DC Denver is nothing lol. 1.2-1.5k for a decent 1BR, DMV area is 2.5k-3k+, politics are a lot worse too. Visited Denver many times, rarely had problems w/ the homeless, DMV is awful, a lot more carjackings/shootings imo.
Beautiful state, but it is a landlocked state way far away from any oceans. I live 2 hours drive from the almighty Pacific Ocean. I've been thru Colorado and spent one night in Denver.
Im from NJ moved out here I do miss the occasional trip to the beach. Many of suburban towns have wonderful indoor pools in their Rec Centers that are not too expensive to use
You post that as if it's a bad thing! Oceans create long periods of extreme weather. And what do you miss most about the beach? The sand you bring home? The e. Coli warnings so you don't swim in sewage? The heavily littered public places swarmed by illegal immigrants?
The intro 😂😂
Swansea-Elyria is a dumpster fire.
This clown doesn’t know what he is talking about
The model shown is the Stonehaven. Great video!
Yes! Thank you!
I’m thinking about moving. I live in Pueblo right now. I cannot stand our governor. He’s a tyrant. It’s a good friend of Beijing. I can’t be communist why I’m getting the hell out of Colorado is coming just like California high rent. Hi everything done you got to prison metro rather go to it state Lake South Dakota middle of nowhere
5 Points in Denver has become completely gentrified. More affluent whites than anybody else in that neighborhood. Also, Denver's "worst" neighborhood would be an average to good neighborhood compared to other large cities.
True. I had an idiot friend who bought a 1.5 mill house there. He’d find drunks on his lawn, needles etc. needless to say, he sold that property fast. I think they lived there 2 years. I’d never have bought a house that expensive in that neighborhood. But I’ve lived in Co for 48 years. I remember when people called us “cowtown”
Thanks for the info. Music is obnoxiously loud compared to your voice, not necessary
Thanks appreciate the feedback
Get rid of the annoying background music
I agree. No background music suits me fine.
@Michaelfranzla it's constructive criticism... he makes a great video, but it's true the music competes with his voice
