In "You and I" you can see the spider queen coming for Yoohyeon. She is the old woman that is being photographed - only to rob Yoohyeon's spirit. Also, earlier we see Dongie being pinned to the wall by needles, what is usually done to insects. For me, Yoohyeon's spirit is being pulled out here and thrown into the white dimension, which we will see again in Piri. The spider queen takes over her body, which is why we see JiU try to free Yoohyeon (without success) and grab her neck in the end.
I highly recommend to check out the dance practice as well, because Dami does something very special that didn't make it into the MV.
The spinning thing at 2:43 I think is called a Cobb's totem and if it's spinning, it means you are dreaming.

About Yoohyeon being the main vocal in this song, it's kinda true because the story focuses on her this time, so she gets more noticeable parts. She definitely is the main character here and she is also one of the lead vocalists, so it makes sense.
