While most people that align vocals do it manually, or with just ONE PLUGIN...
In this video, we are going to explore how to align vocals and then PHASE-ALIGN vocals to sample accuracy.
The two plugins I'll be using in this video tutorial are:
1. Vocalign from Synchroarts
2. Auto-Align Post 2 from Sound Raddix
Combined, these plugins are an absolute POWER HOUSE when it comes to vocal doubles and harmonies being perfectly aligned and at the most professional level (with thee least amount of artifacting, trust me, I've tried every which way to do this)

This is pretty impressive thank you for sharing ! I didn't know about that Phase Align plugin and the general method in vocal production. Is it often used in the music industry ?
Are there times when you prefer to have the thinner/phasing effect so you don't phase align your doubles ?
All great questions! I typically do this process with all vocals, if I want a “phasing effect”, I will use a chorus plugin/ doubler/ phaser/ etc. to achieve thee EXACT vibe I want
I hear them thicker and more forward (forward for lack of a better word) after you phase aligned them.
Yea! Because the mid range and lowend tightens up
Would the standard auto align not work as well as auto align post for vocal doubles and stacks ?
Do you have to sing in Ukrainian for it to work? JK - love me some Vocalign - but the phase stuff was new!
😂 Ukrainian only… Doesn’t work for any other vocal style or language!
No difference for me on AirPods. Listened through three times. 🤷
Focus on the mids and lowend, it’s pretty obvious to me! (Or I wouldn’t go through the process obviously)… remember also, this compounds over multiple stacks
