INGREDIENTS
Biscuits Marie / Rich tea 250g
Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp.
Condensed Milk 230g
METHOD
1. Grind the biscuits to fine crumbs in a blender or food processor.
2. Transfer in a bowl, keep 1/4 cup crumbs for coating.
3. Add Cocoa powder, give it a good mix.
4. Add Condensed milk, mix until well combined.
5. Take a plate, put some plastic or buttered paper on top of it to avoid sticking.
6. Take a desirable amount on your hand pulp and make round balls.
7. Coat all the balls/ truffles with biscuits crumbs.
8. put them in cupcakes cases or just serve in a plate. Enjoy!
