Let’s Fix It - Xbox One X HDMI Retimer

- This Xbox One X has the classic no display issue. But upon seeing it (and smelling it) it's clear this Xbox was in a smokers house. That may not be the reason the HDMI retimer chip failed, but it certainly didn't help matters.
Let this be a lesson. You shouldn't smoke, but if you do, you shouldn't smoke around your consoles.

what are you heat and air flow settings. Im trying to teach my self this on some broken boards professionally. I got me a yihua 853d 3 in 1 to play with.
I was probably around 440-450c and 60% air but ymmv with a different station since they’re all calibrated differently. Flux around the chip can help as well.

I wonder was the console owned by an adult or their child? Honestly,I feel sorry for any kids who has to endure passive smoking because they don't have any other choice.
