Business owner faced alots of damages from local carpenters when he was young 😅, so he came up with the factory set up and done work in 10 days when compared to Carpenters it takes 45 -70 days lol, and yes factory is best and clean , that's the more important point

But degrading Carpenters every now and then in the vedio sounds very harsh . Not a professional way to promote modular unit .
