Beautiful, all those people are happy.. training, tools, paying their mortgage (my favorite), also paying their dreams, making their loved ones healthy and not overworked, all of that will keep their company working and going strong.. I love this kindness. ❤
Especially i felt for the guy that lost his dad. The same way I lost my coworker, he was my dear friend, coffee-time friend on days off.. and he couldn't stand bad people, bullies,.. I miss him so much. He worked so hard, talked about our company all the best.. And nobody was able to predict and save him..

The f bombs are a sign that the driver cares. He should fire the jackass that can't help get the product out to the truck in time.

I definitely need to do some of these pubs in Australia especially when there's so many big corporate corporate buses owning heaps of hotels and little pubs actually appreciating hard workers the chefs do a lot especially working on public holidays and things like that they miss out on a lot of family quality time but these big head bosses that own so much they just care about all the benefits that they get but not appreciate the little men that are actually running. It would be lovely if they started even giving them a holiday with their family for Christmas or giving them a bonus for Christmas. Say come on Undercover Boss come to Australia specially Adelaide they get really big companies don't respect their little workers.

Better to use bricks or pole sanders makes for a better finish. especially if your doing a repair like that where you have to blend it out.
