New Brake Rotor Backing Plate from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1ABM...
The brake rotor backing plate protects the backside of your brake rotors from debris and other foreign objects that could damage the braking system. For rear brakes, the backing plate also houses the parking brake shoes, if the vehicle is equipped that way. If the backing plate is worn or damaged, it needs to be replaced. This video shows you how to replace a brake caliper backing plate on your 2000-2006 Chevy Tahoe.

What is that bracket called and do you guys sell them? I think its called parking brake anchor plate but I am having a hard time finding one.
No one knows what it's called I just had to find one in a wrecking yard Napa O'Reilly's and AutoZone don't have it or know what it is the caliper bracket mounting plate

I was thinking the same thing. So once the bolt and pin are out, does the drivers Axel slide out as well? Or is there more to it. I always see people doing the passenger side. Haha. Thanks.
