a very informative and well made guide ... thanks for sharing .... the "Carian Slicer" is the bread and butter sorcery for my magican and with the two in The Academy of Raya Lucaria early to get sorceries buffing talismans Radagon Icon (shortens the casting time of spells) and Graven-School Talisman (raises potency of Sorceries by 4%) it`s quite OP, don`t want to miss it anymore ... it`s effective against nearly all kind of enemies imo and costs only a little FP and I`ve no problems at all to go into melee combat even as a magican, for me melee combat is very entertaining in Elden Ring and sometimes an even safer way to fight against bosses while acting from underneath or behind them and their surprising and fast long reach or aoe attacks can`t hit you in most cases
While i completely understand what you're going for and that's a cool idea for a video the quickest way to get op is to go to caelid grab the meteoric staff and rock sling spell because the staff doesn't upgrade it just scales with int you don't need to worry about spending runes or upgrade mats on it and it boosts gravity spells it will carry you all the way until end game when you have collected all the other spells and staffs and can change over to that gear
Fun fact: any sword w carian grandeur deals more dmg than the carian knight sword because of how skill dmg works. The formula (iirc) counts base atk, weapon level, int lv and afinity. Since Carian Grandeur doesnt have an afinity it lacks the dmg of the afinity scaling. Most of the time the devs give said weapons higher base stats or an alternate stronger version of the same ash of war to compensate for the dmg but in the case of carian knight sword they dint do that.

If you wanted a extremely good farm that is easy to do and get to for early to late game farm is doing Varre's questline pretty much until you get his teleport basically run up the cliff going towards Mohg and rest at the site of grace by the cliffside, you can now either kill the crow off into the distance with a bow with long range or you can just kill the albernaurichs that are littered over the cliff doing this method you might want to consider getting arcing spells or ones that have high aoe or high damage, after that just head back to site of grace and repeat.

Not really, if you want to get the buff from the staff in your off-hand and / or dual wield the greatswords.
@@AxlDope you get a 30% damage on everything with the skills which is bigger than most staves damage bonus, also means you get to buff sorceries that dont have a staff that boost their damage
I loved this as I am a relatively new player and I am now using almost all of these weapons you used

Bro i have NEVER been in that Nox fight before. Didnt even know its there.
Love the video. But my man was very wrong about the importance worms play in the world. They arent just food for other creatures. They also help with soil drainage, feed in dead plant debris making the soil more fertile and improve overall soil structure. Without worms, farming would be much more difficult and we would pretty quickly run low on the food we can grow.
But otherwise, I'm enjoying the video lol.
Andrew Tate is wrong about almost everything he says on the internet, so thays pretty par for the course lol.
unpatched demi human staff scaling is crazy. its spell adjustment dropped by almost 50 points after i downloaded the patch.
also spells had huge stagger (specifically sorceries).
Man I miss unmatched demi-human staff.
A LOT of the spells changed stagger damages/recoveries a few patches ago, to make them better.
Your edits made the vid totally worth rewatching. Awesome snippets in there....shout out to my worms.
Subscribed because editing was hilarious and 200 IQ intellect build
Such an underrated channel you deserve more subs
Meteroite staff in Calid is the best option early... along with rock sling in the same area, that's your bread and butter until mid game.
That's how I start every single build I make 😄
I love how that in the beginning half of the video, you focused entirely on the physical magic, and none of the range stuff that makes up like 90% of the sorceries.
Probably a funny request, but what is the tune playing while you're fighting 'Astel, Stars of Darkness' around 28:00? I feel like I've heard it before, but cannot place it haha
Here for this too
Did you find it?
Its part of the calamity mod ost. Dont know the song
Devourer of gods, you're welcome
Devourer of Gods, (nonstop mix)
The fun of intelligence isn’t just the spells though. It’s also the staffs you can use and the general magic drip. It’s so good!
second vid i was watching and i got chills bcs that terraria dog soundtrack. now i’m subbing! great job on the videos!
The setup and execution of the exodia scene was masterful
Oh wow, I didn’t know you could summon Alexander for the Fire Giant fight. You’re the first person I’ve seen do that.
i just did it for the first time on my 3rd play through. had no clue you could do it before until i randomly seen his summon before going in. 🤔 he was a tank
That's up there with summoning Melina for the Morgott fight. I almost never see anyone do that.
probably cause it doubles whatever boss your fighting health bar. i almost never take those for that reason. i just tried with the fire giant to see how he did 🤔
@@CalliShae17 Alexander is actually worth it because he doesn't take any fire damage. But yeah usually just having a normal tar tarnished dude makes it harder.
5:25 it is easy to stagger bosses or anything with a Rock Sling spell.
12:50 You don't need to kill Renalla to get to Caelid, you can go there from the get go
13:13 For the base game, 2 staffs are the best Lusat's Glintstone Staff (with the side effect) thus Carian Regal Scepter is the most practical one and you get it from Renala's remembrance
Less blue with a bit of faith sorceries can be also very good. Dark Moon sorcery has also ton of uses.
I love the music, and your narration, please make more vids with this format and jazz
I love how similar to Happy Days's versions in Terraria but for a very different game. Love it!
How ive only just found this channel idk but far out was this funny to watch, tike to binge watch more😂
Calamity music came outta nowhere but i fw it, just subbed.
The use of yugioh exodia was an instant subscribe from me. Bravo. You're a great creator.
amazing video. very good editing and good use of memes. really funny. and the video itself was really good. i am now a new subscriber
a very informative and well made guide ... thanks for sharing .... the "Carian Slicer" is the bread and butter sorcery for my magican and with the two in The Academy of Raya Lucaria early to get sorceries buffing talismans Radagon Icon (shortens the casting time of spells) and Graven-School Talisman (raises potency of Sorceries by 4%) it`s quite OP, don`t want to miss it anymore ... it`s effective against nearly all kind of enemies imo and costs only a little FP and I`ve no problems at all to go into melee combat even as a magican, for me melee combat is very entertaining in Elden Ring and sometimes an even safer way to fight against bosses while acting from underneath or behind them and their surprising and fast long reach or aoe attacks can`t hit you in most cases
I knew it, you watched the terraria "How to be OP with ... " series. Nice one dude. Much appreciated.
These are inspired by the "How OP can you make..." series by HappyDays. Unless u meant that
Watching you melt Gideon spammer of all magic was so satisfying
I’ll definitely do this run. I haven’t played elden ring in a while now. This looks interesting and there are some items I haven’t gotten
“Digger’s staff” 💀
Loved the style of your edit and video! new fan from brazil ^^
The oracle bubbles are actually really good and i did a run by only using them and it was really fun
Moon Greatsword x Steeple does look sick as hell.
Meteorite staff is equivalent to a +14 or +15, that's hardly endgame stats
@@Hirotoro4692 did you even read my entire comment
Fun fact: any sword w carian grandeur deals more dmg than the carian knight sword because of how skill dmg works.
The formula (iirc) counts base atk, weapon level, int lv and afinity. Since Carian Grandeur doesnt have an afinity it lacks the dmg of the afinity scaling. Most of the time the devs give said weapons higher base stats or an alternate stronger version of the same ash of war to compensate for the dmg but in the case of carian knight sword they dint do that.
This video is mega useful rn since I'm trying to make a mage character awesome job man, also the ost at 27:58 slaps where is it from?
Devourer of gods, calmity ost
Bro... the only places you can't go before Godrick (even Morgot) is the capital, the frozen location, the area with giants and the area with the hardest boss. Otherwise, you can literally go to volcano manor without touching a single boss.
He was saying that he wouldn’t go to the other areas until he killed the main boss of the one before
What is this guy talking about? I can get to the ball farm for EXP in Caelid within 15 minutes of making my character...
@@Chrisfragger1
He applied a self-restriction for this run. He wasn't going to progress to different areas unless he defeated the Shardbearers of his current location.
@@Battleguild Oh... I see. Makes some sense, I guess.
@@Chrisfragger1 or get both medalions to the lift in 15 minutes and be in altus plateau in 20
Carian grandeur ash of war can be found and used for other weapons besides the knight sword that has it by default. This ash has potential to do 40-50k damage with one fully charged hit.
26:45 ice flavoured condom just got me 😂😂😂
You got my sub when you flashed that dark ritual at beginning of vid, mtg ✊
😅😅😅 Dude, I paused your video bout 10 minutes in just to let you know that you are hilarious. Love the video my guy...good stuff.
I learned a lot about this game watching this.
My boi the goggins clips (and pretty much all of your commentary) had me laughing a lot!
This man is really Underated, really good video bro
2k...? 2K SUBS???? these videos are amazing man keep them coming
This video gave me happy day vibes. I don't play the game but these videos made me want to try it
I've been determined to make a heavy armoured battle mage, It's working out so far
Hammer of Haima let's GOOOOO
If you wanted a extremely good farm that is easy to do and get to for early to late game farm is doing Varre's questline pretty much until you get his teleport basically run up the cliff going towards Mohg and rest at the site of grace by the cliffside, you can now either kill the crow off into the distance with a bow with long range or you can just kill the albernaurichs that are littered over the cliff doing this method you might want to consider getting arcing spells or ones that have high aoe or high damage, after that just head back to site of grace and repeat.
Great video, I’ve been stuck as dex and strength on radagon/EB but magic will save me
By that dragon knight boss there’s a water fall 4:57. In there is marika’s scarseal
Music and meme editing on point.
Great editing and video hope the algo blesses.
3:06 nice reference.
You can cheese loretta by running up to the far indentation along the wall up the stairs. Then reload
At 7:40 you mention the walking cathedral in liurnia that is the only one that you have to get on top first but in deep root depths there is a mausoleum which you must drop down onto from a giant branch above it.
Got a sub from me man! This niche could be your break through on youtube! Hope you expand your "how op is this" into many games to come, and try not to burn yourself out man good luck!
efficent mage playthrough: get meteorite staff and rock sling, kill margit, godfrey and rennala. Get comet azur and upgrade carian regal scepter, kill margot, fire giant and get a homing spell like stars of ruin or ancient death rancor to kill malakeith. kill gideon, godfrey and get spiral shard spell thingy for final boss
My only issue is that you can get to LotL, Volcano Manor, and AP all before killing Margit or Godrick. For Lotl you just run past stormveil main gate and go north. Start the manor quest with the volcano girl in lotl. Use the backdoor to AP, meet the chick at the top of the dectus lift, get teleported to VM.
You deserve more subs dude!
21:10 "I can do that too, Puny Mortal"
I love the fact you made al-Buruni man I love this community 😂❤

This is the exact mage build I’m currently going for…thanks for the entertaining videos , this was a lot of help!
The random Tate clips keep activating my fight response

Magic is literally playing Elden ring on easy mode except for a few bosses for my first Playthru of Elden ring I did it with no UA-cam videos and I decided to go for a bleed build. I ended up using the rivers of blood katana Max upgraded with the ronin armor set at first I used the very long katana that Ronan has killed him for it atone for my sins and so on and so forth on my second play through of Elden ring I did a mage build magic is so incredibly easy to use. It’s actually insane. Starting out is pretty difficult but once you get to the ball farm in Kaylee that it’s actually incredibly easy to be a mage, not to mention once you unlock the blood area and find that insane farm that gives you 40,000+ rooms per cycle. You just become an absolute legend the amount of damage that you can do in magic without even getting harmed is crazy.
9:05 i see what you did there and i love it
Nice touch getting historical person as character
Oh hell yeah, I need to try out the Darkmoon GS + Helphen's Steeple combo. Didn't realize there was another good magic scaling GS.
Super cool video dude. What's the song that starts at 27:58?
I found it! I was searching too! It's a variation/remix of Servants of the Scourge by DM Dokuro, seemingly called (though I'm not sure?) "Servants of the Scourge Type D". It's found here ( ua-cam.com/video/wjOj_6cMGEY/v-deo.html ) at 8:45, (the chapter starts it at 8:46 which I think is a lil off), and someone did an OK clipping of it here ( ua-cam.com/video/oMTvEeuIOEw/v-deo.html ).
