    What about mileage in highways and in City for petrol automatic?

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +20

      Mileage in city is 7-9kmpl and on highway it is 13kmpl. Not the best in mileage for sure . Though Venue, Nexon petrol automatic will also give similar numbers.
      Driving with light foot and cruise control helps.

    Considering the Petrol price and ES mileage. Is it possible to install CNG kit in ES AT to reduce running cost? What's your pick on it?

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  3 роки тому

      I have seen some users installing CNG in cars like Nexon and Ecosport. I think it won't work with the Ecoboost but with the 1.5L petrol engine should work. Now for manual it is fine albeit it won't give you performance, but the fuel cost would go down significantly.
      However I am not aware how Automatic transmission will work with it and if there are any other factors which will affect the running.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +1

      Thanks a lot for watching. Next gen Ecosport would probably be unveiled next year and be available for Sale in 2022. It hasn’t even been spied testing anywhere yet. That is for sure coming.
      I feel Active could be a good launch, but they won’t do it. They have added some modifications to suspension, increased ground clearance and added limited slip differential. I feel even if they launched it here, it would be priced much higher than current variants, and compete with Seltos and Creta in pricing, and probably not sell.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому

      Thanks for watching my video. It is quite an interesting short list.
      1. Honda city is more from comfort and luxury feel. If you have good roads, and occasional need for carrying 5 people , one of the better choices. It has got great engine, though CVT dulls the performance a bit, but will be smooth in city driving . Got good features, tonnes of leg room and boot space. Will also be mode fuel efficient than other petrol automatics like Sonet and ES. Only negative is CVT is not so performance oriented at highway speeds, and low ground clearance
      2. I am assuming you are talking about Sonet Petrol DCT. It won’t be that comfortable. The interiors does feel cramped. Even more so than Ecosport. The dashboard looks quite busy. Good part is tonnes of features, infotainment system, ventilated seats, front parking sensors, navigation, Bose speakers etc, suspension is hard so not exactly great for bad roads. Also while DCT is fast shifting, it tends to heat up in back to back traffic if you get stuck for 30min or more and especially on slopes
      3. Ecosport has one of best engine + gearbox combo. Torque converter is not exactly faster than DCT, but is better than CVT and more reliable than DCT. Space is decent. Rear seat is not so wide though. The automatic version titanium plus in 2020 lacks many features like sync3, android auto, apple carplay, leather seats, alloy pedals, ford mykey, puddle lamps etc which my 2018 model had. So while driving dynamics are sorted and probably the best, still the features seems to be too less
      4. Toyota Yaris is good but not impressive in any way. I would go for Honda City than Yaris. Only Real positives against Honda City would be built and reliability
      Honda ZRV sounds interesting but my only concern is they should launch an automatic. They failed to do so with WRV. I think they get stuck because it starts competing with Honda city at same price range. Hopefully they don’t do so with ZRV

      @@vaishalidevare437 yes. I will say test drive both these one more time. Possibly with a friend so they can point out anything that you may be missing. These are possibly the best sedans and CSUV when it comes to driving dynamics. Features yes, others may offer more.
      For Honda city consider other things also like bad roads, or parking space since it’s a long vehicle.
      And for Ford I will suggest see how many service Centers are around you. I am facing trouble in Mumbai atleast. Only 3 available that too they are not very nearby and are almost always packed. Mileage also for Ecosport would be 7-9kmpl in city.

    I just subscribed...nice review. I own the Titanium At 2019. Great car , the only two things i dont like are uncomfortable bouncy ride for rear passengers...can something be done about it ? Secondly my car was giving decent avg of around 9 to 11 in city before 1st oil change. I was hoping the mileage would further increase. But to my shock mileage decreased to 7 to 8 after the 1st oil change. Is this normal ?

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +1

      Hi, thanks for subscribing. The suspension is on the hard side. It doesn't really glide over bad roads, and it is a problem with Ecosport. The jerks are transferred to the cabin and rear passengers are not always comfortable. Not much can be done about it. Suspension change is not an option in warranty. Now I haven't tried it, but people have posted on forums that Michelin or Yokohoma tyres are much more soft and provides better grip, reduced road noise and better ride. That won't dramatically improve it but to an extent can help.
      As for mileage 7-9kmpl is what I have experienced in city and ~13kmpl on highway, but I usually push my car to limits, accelerating it without worrying much about mileage.
      Ideally mileage should increase after 1st service. That is the norm. But it can also depend on fact that for first 2000kms itbis recommended not to cross 80kmph, or revv the engine too hard. People tend to keep their cars like babies for first few months. Post first service people tend to push there cars more. So that could be one reason. Rest could depend on traffic, fuel quality, etc
      Maximum I have extracted is 16kmpl on highway with very light foot driving, keeping it within 70-80kmph and frequent use of cruise control.

      @@AbhishekSinghReviews I recently had a trip in my friend's new creta..and to my surprise the ride quality was equally bouncy if not worse in that too...may be its in the suv character then.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому

      @@t0am1tvats yes to an extent. But also depends on suspension setup. The new Creta 2020 unfortunately also has a hard suspension unlike older generation. Ecosport, Venue, Creta, Seltos all have the same issue. Rear seat passengers are not comfortable. I won’t say it’s bouncy but more jerky because of bad roads being felt inside. Bouncy nature is found in vehicles like TUV300, Thar etc because of body on frame built. It goes all over the place.
      If you go for something like Duster, or a segment higher in Harrier, you will see much better suspension setup and rear passengers won’t be feeling that much issue there. They have much more balanced suspension that does well both on highway and bad roads.

    Do suggest if I should buy a Diesel Ford Ecosport Titanium sports or Kia Sonet GT Line in manual transmission??

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому

      Hey, thanks a lot for watching. Diesel Ecosport is quite proven in market while Kia Sonet is just entering the market.
      Ecosport nails the ride, handling with a proven engine and low maintenance cost. Downsides are heavy clutch after 2 years of use, sideways opening tailgate, some blind spots, bottom engine guard falling off in rains etc. Good point about Sports will be that it should get all the bells and whistles in terms of equipment. Another problem is random feature deletions and dealerships randomly closing. The one I bought from closed in 2 years.
      Sonet however is betting big on creature comforts, giving good infotainment, ventilated seats, air purifier, wireless phone charger, front parking sensors etc so totally feature loaded. The engine seems to have more hp and torque. Kia is also investing heavily on service centers in India. Pricing and driving dynamics I still have to see for myself. But if I was buying today I would definitely wait to drive Sonet before buying.

    Nice, informative review. Thanks much. I've two queries though. First,Ford has just called off their JV with Mahindra. Is it good or bad? In the sense will they exit India or stay put? Second, they just announced the launch of 2021 EcoSport ..given query 1 is it safe to consider it?? Lastly, what mileage can be expected of the automatic in city driving. Thanks in advance.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  3 роки тому +1

      So the mileage in city will be 7-9kmpl for Ecosport petrol AT. On highway it will be 13-14kmpl.
      I feel since Mahindra JV is called off, it is not a bad thing. Mahindra has not been great with their JVs. Each alliance either broke soon or bankrupted the other company. Ssanygong, pininfarina, Mahindra-Renault are examples. Hopefully this should Ford go back to their roots and see what works and what doesn't for them. They are going to stay and have plans to introduce facelifts and new car as well. Ecosport is one of their biggest exports from Chennai Plant so they won't shut operations so easy.
      As for considering a Ford Car. If you are in a metro city, I will say go for it. The service is really good and you won't face problems 7-8 years down the line. But if you are in a smaller town, tier -2 or 3 cities, do consider how nearby the service center is. That will make or break the experience in long term.

    Breeza at or EcoSport at petrol or venue DCT or i10 amt or sonet DCT which one is better?
    Safety , mileage , comfort and service centers

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +1

      Hi, I feel every vehicle you listed have their pros cons:
      i10 AMT: Good for 4 adults, small car , easy and peppy to drive, park, silent engine. Hyundai service is easily available. Negatives are less space, less ground clearance, less boot space and of course AMT which is better than other AMT cars but not as great as other drivetrains in one segment above. Mileage will be better than other options. This will give you 13-14kmpl in city, while all other options will give you 8-9kmpl. Safety wise it is ok. Not the best. Other cars you mentioned are better in safety and almost on par at safety level among each other.
      Brezza AT: Decent interior space, SUV look, Maruti service and the engine is free revving , and good to drive. However AT is 4 speed so will be good in city traffic but not best on highway. It might feel a little out of breath compared to 6 speed automatic gearbox options in Sonet and Ecosport.
      Ecosport: best in driving dynamics hands down. Positives and Negatives are in this video. Only issue I see is slightly dated looks, deletion of some features, and less service Centers in Mumbai.
      Sonet DCT: most feature loaded in this list. Good looks, great engine, fast shifting gearbox. Only issue is DCT gearboxes tend to heat up in back to back traffic, and the interior space feels cramped.
      Venue DCT issues are exact same as Sonet albeit with lesser features. The DCT in venue comes in SX variant and not SX(O) so lacks many features even compared to Ecosport
      I won’t recommend Brezza. If you need reliable and tough car with decent features, and fuzz free experience, Ecosport is good, my problem with Ford is less service Centers.
      If you want features, performance and service availability, go for Sonet or Venue. I will prefer Sonet among two
      Only if you need a small car for a small family without much worry for performance or interior space, then you can go for i10 AMT.

    Hi..... i am planning to buy ecosport trend petrol , however reviews show mileage of 8 -10km/ltr for city driver. Share your experience on this. What are service charges

      Hi, yeah that is true. For automatic petrol the mileage is 7 to 9 kmpl in city traffic, around 10-11kmpl for manual, and 13-14kmpl on highway. This is something we live with knowing it’s a safe car and the driving experience is top notch, and that is only reason why people buy this car. Dragon engine is absolute gem.
      Petrol engines in this sub 4m segment are not very fuel efficient and give approx same mileage.
      Since you mentioned trend Petrol, it means you are not specifically looking for automatic. In that case I will recommend Tata Nexon XMA. It will be an amazing car with great interiors, features and safety.
      I would say, see if you can try Diesel Nexon. It will be much more fun plus fuel efficient.
      There is venue and Sonet as well but they have hard suspensions, and not so great steering feedback as Ecosport or Nexon.

      Hi Subhendu, if I will list down positives and negatives and then tell you my pick.
      Venue DCT:
      Positives: The gearbox is really fast shifting and overall performance in Highway will be great. Hyundai's after sales service is great and available everywhere. The connected car tech is great.
      Negatives: DCT heats up in back to back traffic. Long term reliability is yet to be seen. Hard suspension, steering lacks feel and feedback. No 60:40 rear seats, sunglass holder, rear wiper. Looks more like a hatchback.
      Ecosport AT:
      Positives: Gearbox is good and more reliable. Isn't as fast as DCT but does it's job pretty well. Suspension is hard but car feels rock solid on bad roads. Gives you rear wiper, 60:40 split seats. Proven engine. Good road presence.
      Negatives: Ford keeps deleting features. Doesn't get Apply CarPlay, Android Auto or Sync3 system as it was earlier. Ford's service network is limited. Sideways opening tailgate is an issue. Resale value won't be as great as Venue.
      Personally I think.i would still prefer Ecosport because despite some feature deletions car is rock solid and drives much much better. However you should keep the above positives and negatives in mind and decide. 😊

      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому

      Since you are new to driving you have 2 choices. One is to learn Manual or start with Automatic and slowly learn Manual.
      Now diesel is not a bad option because it has good torque and you don't have to keep switching to 1st gear all the time. The mileage would be great and the engine is reliable too.
      Petrol automatic is great for convenience. It offers hill assist, paddle shifters and sports mode so you don't miss out on fun driving automatic. Only negatives are low mileage around 7-9kmpl in heavy traffic, and the automatic is not as fast as Venue DCT, but is certainly more reliable than those.
      Between Titanium and Titanium+ I would say Titanium+. The additional money is well worth the added safety and features. The newer models will also have the infotainment running on android so my previous complaint of android Auto and Apple CarPlay being removed from Titanium+ in 2019 is partially solved.

      @@abbu51 I feel all the petrol automatics have one common flaw of poor mileage. In petrol automatic with that problem i would still choose Ecosport automatic over DCT options because I feel more confidence about reliability of Torque converter over DCT.
      But coming back to issue of mileage. While I don't believe in having a car solely for fuel efficiency, still it starts to pinch after a year or 2 with petrol automatic options in this segment. If same options were available to me in 2018, I would have seriously considered Sonet HTK Plus Diesel AT, with decent features and diesel engine paired with a torque converter. I don't like AMTs in such expensive cars like Nexon or XUV300, and Ecosport, Venue, Brezza doesn't have diesel automatic options. Sonet is the only one offering a good engine + automatic combo.

      @@abbu51 I feel as a beginner you won’t be driving that much. Ideally Petrol makes more sense. If you have a hectic schedule and just want a car for convenience buy Petrol automatic for which I would recommend Ecosport AT.
      If you want convenience of AT but still want to better control your car and choose your gears on your own, venue iMT could be the better option. The fuel efficiency would be slightly better too.
      For manual diesel nothing better than Nexon. I won’t look at anything else apart from Nexon, not even XUV or Ecosport.
      Now just in case you are inclined not only towards only SUVs and open to try compact sedans, Honda Amaze is not bad. Got good practicality and the CVT is really smooth. I loved both petrol and Diesel CVT. Has more boot space too. If you can compromise on ground clearance, than not a bad option which comes at a cheaper price tag too.

    Maruti when launched its Ciaz upgraded model in 2015, people jumped off to buy that and in be end of 2015 they launched its Hybrid Ciaz. People who bought Ciaz upgraded feel cheated as they felt they bought one variant lower than the latest one, how you feel by having some missing features. But difference is huge between Maruti and Ford.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +3

      I agree to that, Ecosport is a driver's car and probably keeping the company afloat in India. But the case of Ciaz is a logical progression to keep adding new models and new tech in a car. For example old harrier owners would be pissed knowing that new Harrier is just so much better after a year.
      But features deletions are just the opposite and way more painful. Because a person might drive a friend's car, dreaming that maybe in a few months he will buy the same one, and feels really cheated if he finds out that things are missing. There are people who are not very thorough while buying a car and discover the deletions only once the car is ready for delivery.
      For example when I test drove Ecosport I could swear that there was TPMS in it, but the one that got delivered didn't. They flat out showed me the new brochure and said "it's not there Sir". It was not a deal breaker so I lived with it, but it did feel odd.
      Imagine today someone buying the vehicle and there is a whole list of features deleted in 2020 compared to a 2018 model, that too when so much competition is in this segment

    I have same model of Ford Ecosport bought in Feb 2018 which has company fitted Bridgestone R17 tyres. I have faced ture burst issue in 2019 and recently within a span of 15 days, two tyre burst issues. As my vehicle is in warranty, Ford is replacing my tyres. But while searching for this issue on Google, I have found that its the issue with R17 tyres as they are not suitable for Indian roads and should have 16 inch tyres. Any idea about this issue? It will be very helpful for me if you have any information about this issue, as Ford is not accepting this fact, although all of their past n future Ecosport variants have 16 inch tyres.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +3

      Hi, yes you are right. The 17 inch alloys came with the Bridgestone Ecopia tyres which were the main culprit.
      So there are 2 pieces to it. One is the 17 inch alloys which look good but paired with hard suspension and low profile tyre on bad Indian roads, it's not wise. Ford being Ford instead of outright acceptance of the fact they removed it from Titanium+ models and replaced with 16 inch alloys with higher profile tyres of Good year. It's still continued in S models. Thank god I got 16 inch in my car. The ride is good for sure.
      Second piece of problem is the Ecopia tyres which themselves are not good. Low profile tyres causing issues on bad roads and also prone to sidewall damage. Many people have resorted to switching alloys which is quite expensive or switching to Yokohoma or Michelin tyres with bigger sidewall and have reported better ride and comfort. Prices will vary for those options. I can't 100% recommend any option as I personally haven't done these but those are the only ways to solve this apparently.

      Both have their own pros and cons. Diesel Ecosport gives great mileage and a proven reliable Diesel engine with punchy performance. The downsides are hard clutch after a year or two of usage, no automatic option and also the torque is not class leading. For manual diesel options there are other similar or slightly better offerings in the segment like xuv300 or nexon. If the monthly running is 2000kms or more it is a great choice.
      For petrol I personally love the Dragon series Naturally aspirated engine. It comes with an automatic option as well and I still believe even in 2020 it's the best Petrol automatic considering Indian road conditions. The downside is bad mileage. It is quite horrible in Indian city traffic, at max giving you 9-10kmpl. Else it's a great choice for city and highway. If monthly running is not that high go for petrol.

      So for engine and gearbox I will still recommend the Naturally aspirated 1.5L Dragon Engine of Ecosport with 6 speed Torque converter compared to 1L turbo engine of Venue with DCT.
      I personally like Naturally aspirated engines, and as for gearbox DCT is better on highways but in back to back traffic it can heat up. Plus long term reliability of Venue's DCT is something we don't know.
      So engine and gearbox I will still prefer Ecosport.
      However now in Titanium+ AT it doesn't get Apple car play, Android Auto, leather seats, cargo management systems, puddle lamps, MyKey, ISOFIX etc which are like quite basic these days. Nexon is much more practical with more rear space for 3 passengers, more storage spaces comes off as a better family car.
      Honestly if you are looking for petrol automatic than go for Ecosport AT or Venue DCT. Nothing beats it still. Can't recommend AMT Nexon to anyone. Howsoever smooth, AMT remains an AMT.

      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +4

      @@rajneeshplp hey, thanks for watching. I understand it is a big dilemma. So here is my take on it and I will only consider these two vehicles first.
      Sonet iMT: looks really great, fancy with all features, fab engine and iMT which will let you choose your own gear shifts. Since it’s not very different from Manual, should be decently reliable. Kia is also investing a lot in service Centers so that is also good. Mileage will be around 12kmpl in city realistically.
      Now I sat in Sonet and I liked it but didn’t love it for some reasons. First the look from far was like a hatchback and interior space for some reason felt even more cramped than Ecosport. I personally like a more clean interface of dashboard than big screens and tonnes of buttons. Also Seltos recently tested 3 star in GNCAP, and I am quite sure Sonet will be same.
      So moving to Ecosport, checks all my boxes, feels rock solid, comes with 6 airbags and has a proven engine, robust gearbox and would be my preference only the issue is features that are deleted. So now Tit+ doesn’t come with leather seats, sync3, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Ford MyKey, Cargo Management system. Only good thing is the recent models will come with Android screens so atleast you will get Android Auto for latest manufactured vehicle. Service Centers will be lesser than Hyundai and Kia.
      So the enthusiast in me says Ecosport still but not sure if it still justifies the price. If you want peace of mind and love driving, buy Ecosport. Mileage will be less around 8-9kmpl in city but can be increased with light foot driving and using cruise control. Also you get paddle shifters which are quite cool.
      But if you feel the family would prefer features and looks over driving feel, then Sonet is a good car too. For mileage in Sonet you can look at Diesel AT, if you are open to it. My only concern would be safety, as this would also probably be a 3 star rated vehicle like Seltos.

      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +1

      I don’t think Tata’s engines are same as they used to be with Indica. They are quite updated with modern times. Yet the issues are 1. The petrol engine isn’t punchy enough. Their Diesel engines are better both in Altroz and Nexon.
      2. NVH is not the best. They tend to get slightly noisy on higher rpms
      As for your short list. Honestly I would not look at Brezza with that 105hp Petrol engine. It just doesn’t seem exciting against competition. It is refined, revvs freely but doesn’t give you the performance.
      Nexon is a feature loaded car with good practicality, engine options. XM or any higher variant will do. My choice is diesel if going for Nexon.
      Now coming to Duster, if you are ok with not so modern features, slightly dated looks both exterior and interiors, then that engine with 156ps power is just fab. Will put smile on your face. That engine and ride quality is one thing that makes it a very good product. Plus it’s longer than 4m hence will have more space.
      So it all comes down to features and 5 star safety in Nexon vs engine, performance, ride quality and space in Duster

      It performs flawlessly. 1.5L Dragon engine is punchy and also Naturally aspirated so there is no turbo lag at lower RPMs. Manually it will do its job very well. Even for the automatic, the transmission does a great job of downshifting when needed on its own. I did not have to manually downshift using paddle shifters ever. Hill hold also works great.
      Now if you want Automatic, torque converters are not as fast but will definitely be better than DCT in Venue/ Sonet in terms of rough use and driving in hilly areas. There is no comparison to AMT or CVT.
      The suspension is on the harder side so don't expect it to glide over bad roads like Duster. It will certainly handle those rough terrains but you will feel bumps inside cabin.

      You can. Mostly what I covered in this video, the positives and negatives will stay. I will say just make sure of a few things:
      1. Check all the latest features in the brochure and ask the sales person to confirm point by point if anything is added or deleted
      2. Take 4th-5th year warranty
      3. See how many service centers are in your city
      Rest assured it is a lovely car with great ride, handling and engine options. Though now there is lots of competition in this segment

    Hi...i just took a test drive today of petrol s variant...but I'm going for titanium model...here in blore it is 11.5 with excluding offers...i took a testdrive in higway...the experience was awesome which no car gave me so comfort and thrill of confidence to drive...its 3cylinder normal petrol engine of 1500cc...i have also took testride of nexon as well but I'm not feeling to buy nexon...ppl say nexon as stability but i didn't feel like that this ecosport has build quality...so I'm planned to go for ecosport titanium model...but I'm confused about some rumours...plz clarify any1 to go for it honestly.
    1. Is this ford will live india like Chevrolet?
    2. Will the service and spares are cheaper like maruthi or tata to maintain and affordable?
    3. Should i go for petrol or diesel?
    Bcoz...in india they say soon like delhi they prohibit diesel cars to go in blore as well but don't know when...future is petrol cars but mileage is low when i checked in tachometer it was showing like 9.5km per litre...is this the same mileage of petrol?
    4. Diesel car comes in turbo engine but not petrol...diesel car has 4cylinders but petrol has 3cylinders...but sales man says petrol car is built powerful if u want to keep it for longtime go for petrol as when they stop diesel cars no idea...so I'm confused in this bcoz just 30k differs for diesel if i go for diesel i get good mileage but afraid of rumours of getting stopped in future.
    5. If i go for petrol i can get convert into CNG in future but can't in diesel cars?
    6. Titanium is worthy and value for money i felt rather going for s variant.
    7. Some ppl saying go for nexon as same and better future than ecosport...as nexon as rain sensor to get closed sunroof automatically and it has wider sunroof than ecosport...nexon has modes to drive...spacious in rear ceat to sit.
    But i have become mad abt ecosport sportive look than nexon in this segment.
    Is the sunroof is comfortable to stand over nexon sunroof?
    Plz resolve my confusions on above to go for it.

      @@VIPINKUMAR-dz9yh if you are in a market for petrol automatic in this segment specifically, and you want a fun to drive car with great ride, amazing steering feel and feedback, superb handling then yes it is still a great car. In petrol automatic Nexon and XUV offers AMT so I don't like those. Venue and Sonet gives DCT which can heat up if driving continuously in back to back traffic, and Brezza gives 4 speed torque converter which is inferior to 6 speed TC of Ecosport. Now atleast Magnite has given a CVT, which is not bad, not great either. Atleast will be smooth and won't heat up.
      So Ecosport still holds in petrol automatics. But if you are out for evaluating cars with option open, Diesel or petrol, manual or automatic, sub 4m CSUV that can be a family car for 5 adults, well in that case with all the features deleted and some negatives I have listed in the video, you should evaluate more options.

      Car acchi to kaafi hai. But running 70k kms hai jo thoda Jyada hai. 50000 km se neeche hota better hota.
      Ecosport me ek issue hai hard clutch ka. Kuch saal ki running me diesel Ecosport ka clutch hard feel hone Lagta hai. Aur jo 2013 ka starting batch tha Ecosport ka usme indicator aur wiper k controls steering k ulte side rehte hain. Wiper right me aur indicator left me.
      Baki insurance aur maintenance ka price bhi high hota hai used cars me.
      Agar Lena hai to mujhe lagta hai 4 lac me Lena chahiye. Aap chahe to old Duster bhi check kar sakte ho. Ho salta hai same range me mil jaye. Usme space aur ride comfort better hoga.

      Ecosport and Venue both automatic petrol cars will offer similar mileage. With Ecosport I have seen 7-9kmpl in heavy city traffic. 13-14kmpl on highways. If you drive with light foot and use cruise control often then you can extract slightly more from the car.
      Venue with its DCT will offer similar mileage of 8-9kmpl in city traffic and 14kmpl on highway. In this segment higher mileage is not possible with petrol engine. Even Nexon will give 10kmpl even with AMT.

    Which one would be Better Petrol or Diesel?

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому

      Both have their own pros and cons. Diesel Ecosport gives great mileage and a proven reliable Diesel engine with punchy performance. The downsides are hard clutch after a year or two of usage, no automatic option and also the torque is not class leading. For manual diesel options there are other similar or slightly better offerings in the segment. If the monthly running is 2000kms or more it is a great choice.
      For petrol I personally love the Dragon series Naturally aspirated engine. It comes with an automatic option as well and I still believe even in 2020 it’s the best Petrol automatic considering Indian road conditions. The downside is bad mileage. It is quite horrible in Indian city traffic, at max giving you 9kmpl. Else it’s a great choice for city and highway.

    Hi Abhishek, I want to buy a car (compact suv)in few weeks. Need an automatic (petrol or diesel). Safety and compliant suspension and mileage important.
    Bangalore city 30km/day. Annually 10000km (70:30 city and Highway). Please suggest variant and car. Budget is 14.5L on road.
    Some shortlists venue IMT - 6 airbags,
    Xuv 300 amt diesel w8 - 2 airbags.
    Venue dct SX+ - 2 airbags
    You may suggest others as well.

    • @AbhishekSinghReviews
      @AbhishekSinghReviews  4 роки тому +1

      I think the shortlist is good.
      Venue iMT will give you better fuel efficiency ( depending on driving style), will have refined engine, best of both worlds+ automatic and manual. But suspension will be hard and the rear seat slightly cramped.
      Venue DCT is great as an automatic, DCT is fast shifting, but only issue is long term reliability and heating issues in back to back traffic. Both iMT and DCT are petrol engines so mileage will be max 8-9kmpl in city for DCT and slightly more for iMT.
      XUV 300 is a great choice..The suspension, ride quality will be better than Venue, will give you 7 airbags, more rear seat space. Only problem is less boot space and AMT which I personally don't like. It is quite good though in XUV300. I will make a video soon on it.
      You can evaluate Sonet HTK Diesel AT. Gives you same space as Venue but more boot space, good Diesel engine and proper Torque Converter gearbox rather than AMT. The mileage will be better since it's Diesel compared to Venue Petrol.
      Ecosport petrol AT is also good. These days I don't recommend since features have been deleted, especially Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, but I have heard the Fly audio for latest deliveries will run on android OS. You can try these 2 last options as well.

    • @strugglerr
      @strugglerr 4 роки тому

      @@AbhishekSinghReviews That was an elaborate response. Thank you very much for taking time to reply. I will TD your suggestions. Little apprehensive about Sonet htk+ diesel as it misses out esc,vsm,hac and brake assist. Safety and plush suspension are my priority.
      Venue IMT SX (o) has six airbags and all passive safety features but no proven crash test.
      XUV amt variant w8 has proven crash test but 2 airbags and all passive safety features- which should I value more just from point of safety.
      Wish xuv had a petrol amt w8(o) it would have come in my budget with best of everything and a strong candidate:).

      I think it is still relevant and great purchase. However there are few things that works against it as well.
      If you are out for having a driver's car with great performance and handling, it is superb and won't disappoint you.
      But for a little more price you can evaluate Nexon XM Diesel, which is more spacious and will come with more features too. Ecosport diesel also has long term issue of hard clutch. So before finalizing I will recommend to check Nexon Diesel XM because their ride quality and steering is not bad either.
