whenever i come back home, i always get motivated to work on bettering my mindset. i am quite a pessimistic and stressed person by nature, so it can be hard to take things slow. i have been getting better at appreciating even the smallest spots of brightness in my day. this is a healthy way of coping with the world around me, so i strive to continue this practice!
