I grew up with early 90's Nickelodeon, it's crazy to think that right at the early 2000's rugrats and odd parents, Hey Arnold, Jimmy Neutron were at once all on the air at the same time. Especially because Spong Bob is stil aired and Odd Parents lasted for quite a long time. I wasn't watching Nickelodeon in this era tho, My fav's were Doug, Rocko, Pete and Pete, Ren and Stimpy.
Christopher Cabarcas Nickelodeon started to fall apart right after the Spongebob movie. The main problem is that what kids think is popular constantly changes and there's more competion with other kids cartoons. Whereas adult cartoon, once the audience likes the show they want that show to use the same kind of dialogue as it started out plus they have more to work with like cursing, violence, adult jokes and more
Recently I had realized I missed some from the Rugrats All Grown Up special, I'll try to upload those as soon as I can. But other than that, that's all I have.

awww man I was 4 and 6 years old in 2000, and 2002 im 18 now boy I miss those times sure would love to relieve em this is the same exact nick ad I saw at 1 am in the mornings in 2002, brought back sooo many memories and feelings back....ugh now I know how it feels now with my 25 year old bro missing his childhood in the early 90s with the early nick ads.....I think nickelodeon now sucks in my opinion the new gen has music vids when we were growing up we never had tht it was straight cartoons.....:( Im disappointed as well as cartoon network.....

Now I think Fairly OddParents and Oh Yeah! Cartoons are the only white background bumpers we have yet to find (I don't rememebr if Invader Zim had one or not). I'm surprised we haven't found the FOP one yet, since it was one of the most aired.
Eh, that "Not just Cartoons, but Nicktoons" rap wasn't as good as the 90s "Nicktoons, only on Nick" promo. It also left out Ren and Stimpy, the Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern Life and Aaaahh, Real Monsters!
The only show I REALLY enjoyed from this period that I still enjoy today is As Told By Ginger.
This makes me want to go back in time just to watch the old nick again.
