3 years ago I was constantly listening to one of these stoic affirmations videos. The speaker was the same as here in the beginning, but throughout the video. Is there any way you could upload it again? It helped me so much and the voice is so soothing

It’s not about avoiding emotions it’s about experiencing emotions and becoming stronger in the face of them. Mental resilience is a muscle.
