Hi, it is very common for expanders to be uncomfortable. I have performed massage around the expanders but I wouldn't recommend doing your own massage until you've seen a qualified therapist who has experience with expanders after Breast Cancer surgery. I would also discuss your discomfort with your Medical Professionals if you haven't already to see if they have any suggestions.
Hi, thanks for your feedback and I apologise for the technical issues. My team are trying to sort this issue out. Would you mind sending me an email so I can get the Recording of the Workshop to you if we don't have this resolved prior to the Live Workshop? My email is enquiries@thebreastcancerphysio.com
I've just returned to work after being off for a month with fatigue. The HR person basically said I was malingering & making it up. My Dr has given me a phased return to work for 3 months, however work are like, do your hours between x & y. They just don't "get" it, fatigued = too knackered to do "Anything". I'm neither lazy or a malingerer, I've been a national level athlete ffs, I know about sustained dedication & effort. Yet work think I'm being lazy! They just don't want to hear that this is a long term recovery, no a cut the lump out & get back to work thing.
Hi Caroline, I have heard of this situation before from workplaces and it is absolutely terrible. I hope you can join the Workshop (or view the Recording) but I also hope your workplace situation can be resolved. Jen
Hi, I have paid for this workshop (payment shows on my credit card) but I have not been emailed any links on how to join. Can you help please? Many thanks, Alison Zani
@@jenmckenzie9486 Hi again Alison, I can see that your payment has come through. I have emailed you the Zoom Registration Link. You will definitely receive the Workshop Recording.
Suggestions on how to get comfortable with expanders?

I wish you would add pay pal- keep getting card not supported message?
