I would question what this guy says and build my own vision of what top 1 means. To be honest 1STMAN's approach to success is the weirdest I have ever seen, seems to be too focused on superficial traits and even more superficial goals. Ofcourse I listen to him because there's value in his words, as everywhere else. In my experience that doesn't brings much satisfaction but that's me. I always try to motivate people to really explore different ideas and build their own paths. Be critic. Never believe anything, prove it
I agree to a great extent with your overall analysis. However, I do think mediation and reading has a huge benefit on increasing productivity due to its ability to level up your attention span. This then transfers to work productivity as you can stay focused for long periods of time.
But it can (and most likely will) lead to productive procrastination. Actually working will give you a way bigger boost to your attention span than reading or meditating. Still great things to do in moderation, but what I'm saying is that it's easy to fall into the trap of doing these good habits just for the sake of feeling better about yourself, which is also pretty much what Kris is hinting at.
I would disagree with the reading part, it is life changing at every age. you are literally learning from all the most successful people out there, and your life will change 180 if you can implement what you learned from the books. Hamza is a prime example of this
Yes but what happens to all that knowledge now? It’s all covered in Hamza videos etc, why bother reading non fiction for knowledge when it’s all available online? I’d rather read fiction for fun
Very comprehensive breakdown - the area I'm focusing on most right now is building relationships with strong men because its incredible how much harder you'll go when you're operating as team rather than trying to lone wolf success
i really fw this video, because as a 19 year old dude whos heavily into the gym and in college, videos directed at older guys about avoiding relathionships and mortgages just dont resonate with me yet because im so young and have very little experience in every aspect of life. this tier list is awesome for breaking down what i should prioritize right now.
Not my usual type of video (not sure how I ended here, idk what the channel is), but this stuff is solid. Listen to the man. I'm 30 now.. this is very good advice. Low body fat in particular can get you so far, it's like you're more "relevant" in every interaction, kind of adds a layer of magic to how people see you. The "weeding out" thing he talks about is bang on too, you start looking around, dudes are losing their hair, getting fat and complacent, settling into shitty little lifestyles etc. If you stack enough of these things you barely even have to try to get anything you want in life. Genuinely. It's dope. Life literally feels like a movie if you stack enough. For me it was $ (due to busting my ass in my early 20s), being tall (sorry can't change that), low body fat, a luxy apartment, finding good fitting clothes / jackets, and the social / frame stuff. IMO frame should be in the life-changing column, my guess is this guy has a stronger frame to start so he didn't notice the shift as much but for me it was a massive deal, and it just keeps getting easier and more powerful. Health and wealth as soon as possible (preferably starting to focus on them in your teens but should be 80-90% of your focus in the majority of your 20s). Mid to late 20s should be focus on a business/increasing cash flow and then putting a little more attention on relationships 31-40. Overall you hit the nail on the head with this vid. Good work.

Ahhh Kris great video as always but I’ve spent the last few weeks making a video on the exact same topic (step by step guide planning your route to the male advantage) and you’ve beaten me to the punch 2 days before upload. Perfectly proves the importance of compounding though that years of researching the male advantage means you can put together a great detailed video like this in a few hours when it’s taken me weeks.

Reading is like a multiplier for the really important shit. If you read for the sake of reading it's not that great, but if you read to learn better ways to do things and actually apply it it will 100% be the most important habit you have.
I think one of the important things to be added, not sure if it was said is overcoming limiting beliefs/Childhood trauma/ability to take hardship/resilience Finding the deeper and deepest beliefs of what drives you, what makes you fulfilled- beyond material strength of means. these will be crucial later on as one gets the external gains and success, the internal gains like emotional regulation, strong core beliefs, addressing the inner child (like fear of abandonment , etc), and childhood trauma etc, these will make a person holistically successful.
How can one go about achieving this? Is there any books I can read to gain the knowledge? Is there any introspective work that i can do? Thanks in advance
training weights/gym/sport from a young age is life changing. what alot of fat people dont have is a base to start exercising from, once you start exercising at a young age its very easy to start again, even if you et it go and are out of shape. Also muscle memory exists and getting back into training even after a year or two out is quite easy.
This is awesome Kris - thank you 🙏. Two I'd add are Fighting and Geographic Freedom. Fighting helps you build confidence, accountability, and body language. Confidence and accountability will help you build wealth, so I think younger guys could see a lot of ROI from picking it up. I'd put it in Tier 2 and I'd say it'd be a boost across the board at every age range. Geographic Freedom I'd put in Tier 1 and call it POTB 16-18, Boost 18-25, life changer 25+. Being able to go anywhere you want is super rare. It's challenging to do, but if you can start putting in the work around 25 to pull it off it can give you an amazing life in your 30s.
Kris man I have been watching your videos for awhile. I first started of my self improvement journey while Hamza and I m now learning from both of you guys especially you from now on. I think this video is soo amazing for people like me who are of just 18 years. I have learnt many things from you(started acting like a dominant male from your body language analysis videos I m paying more attention to my body language) I would say you and Hamza have different paths different sights different views about things. I m grateful for this amazing full guide video.😊
Hey man, this was super useful! Could you give us a download to that spreadsheet so we can use it as sort of a checklist / to-do on our self-improvement journey?
Been watching you for a while but this has to be in your top 3 videos of all time next to the body language videos in terms of pure educational content.
Reading can be life changing at a young age because you can learn something 10 years before you would irl and use it to build wealth, it’s only useless if you never take action
Is it possible that you upload this excel sheet for us? So we can look it up whenever we want, because I think this is top tier knowledge that shouldnt be watched once and the be forgotten
Hello chris, great video but i want to point something out, i'm currently 16 years of age and i think that things like bad habbit removal and using that time to do things like reading/chess/going outside can be greatly benefitial cause your focus would be better and your mind would overall just be clearer therefore making you more inteligent + when you grow older and have alot of responsibilities you would be able to handle it better. And also doing delayed gratification activities you would always be better off in both the short term and long term. But overall great video mate and thanks for sharing your wisdom. 🙏🏽
Im also 16 and i agree with that, but i just realised why i wasn't seeing no good results even if im extreme about self improvement, Im just focusing on the little things, and i got confortable in doing that, i want to get rich but cold showers and meditating wont help me directly, i gotta associate it with my actual goal and then do the work i have to do, witch i wasnt doing so don't make those little habits your priority
@@whitelie4189 I guess we are both right in many ways, but yeah the execution of the big things that actually move the needle forward for your goals are more more important since they carry the results thanks for taking ur time to reply bro 🙏🏽
By the thumbnail, I can already tell that this will be a goldmine of information. How lost would I be, at fourteen years of age (and onwards), if I didn't find you? I don't know, and I don't want to.
⭐ Focus on Tier 1 self-improvement areas, as they provide the most significant results. 💰 Wealth: From 16-18, it's a boost but not as impactful; becomes more important as you age. 💪 Low body fat: Crucial at all ages, but most people have it at 16-18, so it's not as impactful. ⚡ High energy levels: Life-changing! Higher energy leads to better productivity and success. 🏋♂ High testosterone: Boosts life up to 30, but if maintained after 30, it sets you apart from others. 🧼 Good hygiene: Points on the board at 16-18, more important as you grow older. 👔 Clothing: Essential as you age; dressing well signals success and maturity. 🧠 Intelligence: Boosts life at all ages, but becomes essential after 30 to be a top 1% man. 💼 Focus on maturity and getting life together to stand out from others in your age group. 🗣 Voice and vocabulary: Improving these can lead to better communication and confidence. 🌞 Early nights and mornings: More productivity and better overall health. 📝 Daily routine/task list: Consistent planning and organization are key for steady progress. 🤝 Social circle: Friends' quality becomes more important as you grow older. 🏃♂ Exercise consistently to maintain health and appearance, but focus on Tier 1 improvements for best results. 🧘♂ Meditation can help with stress and focus, but it's not a game-changer like Tier 1 improvements. Remember, focusing on Tier 1 areas will provide the most significant improvements, while other areas can still contribute to self-improvement.
To anyone who is looking for a copy of the spreadsheet, I recommend using the video to create your own. I adapted his and changed small things like adding mental health and reorganising the rankings of certain areas based on what I struggle with the most
Hey @1STMAN, first of all, the amount of quality information packed into this one video is literally life-changing. Thank you for doing what you do. Second, is there somewhere we can have access to this document? I mean, I would literally love to be able to pin this to my wall. That's how powerful this information is. Thank you once again boss.
If we apply the 80/20 rule: Money/social status Social skills / social circle Body (diet appearence) 18-25 Gym / street work out Learning how to sell / code Social skills Reading to have better ideas because it has a great ROI 25 to 30 Maintenance of body Higher salary ( the more you learn you more you earn)/ entreneurship Social circles related to your life goal even your woman 30-35 Even maintening 80% of your prime will put in the best bracket You work as a high end employee/ freelance where you want Social circle around your passion / a girlfriend putting you first and forward 35-40 Still pushing 40 - 45 Money working for you More Time for you Higher status Cause you are a all a rounder Hotter younger women avalaible Could settle down Make a familly You have sorted out your life and you did it with a close group of friends Just do the basics for the rest V taper ( Split routine kettlebell propre clean diet with fresh food water) Nice clothes Nice skin ( diet + product) No need to complicate Less IS more
Thank you 1STMAN for the video! It was very insightful for what the best future a man can have in his 20s and beyond. I was wondering if there was a pdf or spreadsheet that I can use to print off onto my corkboard. For me, having an agenda has helped planned my day to day tasks and schedule for the year. I think agenda/planning would fit in the Tier 2 category. Overall amazing video!

Nice video Kris, you nailed it! Could you make some kind of video about how to build wealth from scratch? For the guys who are somewhat clueless but want to build up to considerable amount of wealth?
He usually says to start by working a crap job like at a factory and just saving as much as possible for a few years. Then invest it into a business idea or some kind of investment opportunity you see, the specific path would vary depending on the guy and his interests and purpose
I think focusing on building a well rounded personal and business credit profile should be added in as well. Not so much from 16-18 bc most banks won’t even bother bc that’s too young but just like investing I think 18-25 that is extremely important so by the time you’re 25+ it’s just a good look and you can still improve but focusing on it from 18-25 can set you up to fund a potential business that can prosper and reap the benefits by the time you get into the male advantage years. Just my personal opinion bc I took my credit serious and was able to grow a business and now at 24 my residuals are crazy to where I own 2 super cars and my life setup is that much easier when it comes to attracting women to my financial situation where they seek that stability. Also kinda dangerous bc most automatically see me as long term and want to lock me down fast lol. Great vid though!
1st Man Kris forgot STORYTELLING since its such an important skills in sales, communication and emotional intelligence. I wish I did more creative writing and drama when I was younger.

these will be crucial later on as one gets the external gains and success, the internal gains like emotional regulation, strong core beliefs, addressing the inner child (like fear of abandonment , etc), and childhood trauma etc, these will make a person holistically successful.
This is exactly what I signed up for, actionable solutions. Thanks Chris
@Luke Ellison great advice
Could you give us a download to that spreadsheet so we can use it as sort of a checklist / to-do on our self-improvement journey?
make your own
Just sc and use snipping tool
1st man making the most unique self improvement content who’s making stuff like this
This is exactly the type of content i want to see.
Big Up Kris!
Been watching you for a while but this has to be in your top 3 videos of all time next to the body language videos in terms of pure educational content.
Reading can be life changing at a young age because you can learn something 10 years before you would irl and use it to build wealth, it’s only useless if you never take action
Indeed knowledge without action is nothing
Is it possible that you upload this excel sheet for us?
So we can look it up whenever we want, because I think this is top tier knowledge that shouldnt be watched once and the be forgotten
Keep it up Kris! Looking forward to the streaming platform 🤜🤛
Im also 16 and i agree with that, but i just realised why i wasn't seeing no good results even if im extreme about self improvement,
Im just focusing on the little things, and i got confortable in doing that, i want to get rich but cold showers and meditating wont help me directly, i gotta associate it with my actual goal and then do the work i have to do, witch i wasnt doing so don't make those little habits your priority
I'm picturing myself watching live sports for free dawg. Holy fuck im happy for you dawg
Life changing video, congrats chris
Hey Chris, that's what we needed... thank you
Was wondering what to do having a gap in my evening today and saw this video pop up. Wow.
Edit: Just became a lifetime member! 💪
First man i love your videos because of this kind of analysis, this is a great example of the value you provide for us
16-18
Residual Income/Time Freedom
High Energy Levels
Clear Skin
Confidence
Maturity
Investing
Orthotropics
Health Focus
I wish in tier 1 mental health would have been added, in my opinion proper mental health is the foundation of all those things.
Great Video, started my journey a few months back and this channel has been helpful, thanks Kris!
The younger you start, the longer you'll go and the quicker you'll get there.
Not necessarily, but you will get there
This man saved my adolescence.

yooo Kris, I really appreciate your work you have done. You and Hamza changed my life completely. Could you share this excel document with us?
Love u
Thanks bro❤
amazing video, glad this came up on recommended. will be following your channel more in future, appreciate it 🤝
Thank you for good content, looking forward to streaming platform!
To anyone who is looking for a copy of the spreadsheet, I recommend using the video to create your own. I adapted his and changed small things like adding mental health and reorganising the rankings of certain areas based on what I struggle with the most
i feel like reading and meditation should be in top 1% category for all age groups
I particularly like your thoughts regarding the Tier 3 category, great video.
The setup look amazing man.
Love to see this type of content, thank you Kris!
1stman is the future
Coming back to take notes on this and realized Kris mis-spelled Intelligence 🤣The irony...
We love you Kris keep up the great work.
I’m turning 16 in a couple of days, this video is perfect timing
Same bro, turning 16 in 2 weeks. Wish you luck on your self-improvement journey

I love 1stMan's videos
Amazing stuff man, you're the best! This will be so helpful
Excellent video this gives a lot of guy a frame of reference.
Overall amazing video!
love the body language analysis vids
Fantastic video and I commend the effort that went into this
thanks Kris for this video, I would love if you could share the sheet. Looking forward to the streaming platform
SR and Nofap is life changing
Video looks SO much better
camera set up and quality looks great
I’d put down articulation in tier 1. So important because my speech isn’t perfect and feel if I improved that it’d be so valuable
Let's go! Looking for this!
This is something I’ve needed, thank you!!!
If you enjoy topics about masculinity and mastery, I invite you to explore the videos I share on the Mastery Order Channel.
Challenge yourself with some ideas about manhood, explore your masculine potential to the maximum and become the kind of man you would look up to.
We can only better ourselves together, as men among men, so I invite you to use what I share and, of course, share your own thoughts so that others can benefit from them as well.
All the best to you!
great content lately! keep it up kris
OK guys
Very helpful I'll start on Monday
Very good clip , so much education for everyone.
I would put meditation at the top. I recommend vedic/transcendental meditation it will make life effortless for you.
Thanks bro your best video yet. ❤❤
Bruh. I just clicked on accident and found the video of the great male filter. Shiiii. Running out of time, better get to it.
Fantastic video.
changing lives brother
Amazing content as always
1st Man Kris forgot STORYTELLING since its such an important skills in sales, communication and emotional intelligence. I wish I did more creative writing and drama when I was younger.
I'm gonna follow this shit like it's a religion now.
Very Nice Video. Thanks man!
So good to see crucial Orthotropics in here.
wow what a great video dude!
Brilliant video!
Why this channel so underrated 😢
I know right
Amazing mate, top quality content. Will be watching this for a long time and revisiting, would be rad if you put a link to a free download of the template too.
