I would question what this guy says and build my own vision of what top 1 means. To be honest 1STMAN's approach to success is the weirdest I have ever seen, seems to be too focused on superficial traits and even more superficial goals. Ofcourse I listen to him because there's value in his words, as everywhere else. In my experience that doesn't brings much satisfaction but that's me. I always try to motivate people to really explore different ideas and build their own paths. Be critic. Never believe anything, prove it

I agree to a great extent with your overall analysis. However, I do think mediation and reading has a huge benefit on increasing productivity due to its ability to level up your attention span. This then transfers to work productivity as you can stay focused for long periods of time.

But it can (and most likely will) lead to productive procrastination. Actually working will give you a way bigger boost to your attention span than reading or meditating. Still great things to do in moderation, but what I'm saying is that it's easy to fall into the trap of doing these good habits just for the sake of feeling better about yourself, which is also pretty much what Kris is hinting at.

Not my usual type of video (not sure how I ended here, idk what the channel is), but this stuff is solid. Listen to the man. I'm 30 now.. this is very good advice.
Low body fat in particular can get you so far, it's like you're more "relevant" in every interaction, kind of adds a layer of magic to how people see you.
The "weeding out" thing he talks about is bang on too, you start looking around, dudes are losing their hair, getting fat and complacent, settling into shitty little lifestyles etc.
If you stack enough of these things you barely even have to try to get anything you want in life.
Genuinely. It's dope. Life literally feels like a movie if you stack enough.
For me it was $ (due to busting my ass in my early 20s), being tall (sorry can't change that), low body fat, a luxy apartment, finding good fitting clothes / jackets, and the social / frame stuff.
IMO frame should be in the life-changing column, my guess is this guy has a stronger frame to start so he didn't notice the shift as much but for me it was a massive deal, and it just keeps getting easier and more powerful.

Combat training and martial arts can help men develop confidence in their physical abilities & the ability to defend themselves. This level of confidence can translate into other areas of life such as business meetings or finance where men may need to take risk, negotiate deals and assert themselves to succeed.

I think one of the important things to be added, not sure if it was said is
    overcoming limiting beliefs/Childhood trauma/ability to take hardship/resilience
Finding the deeper and deepest beliefs of what drives you, what makes you fulfilled- beyond material strength of means.
these will be crucial later on as one gets the external gains and success, the internal gains like emotional regulation, strong core beliefs, addressing the inner child (like fear of abandonment , etc), and childhood trauma etc, these will make a person holistically successful.

Fighting helps you build confidence, accountability, and body language. Confidence and accountability will help you build wealth, so I think younger guys could see a lot of ROI from picking it up. I'd put it in Tier 2 and I'd say it'd be a boost across the board at every age range.
Geographic Freedom I'd put in Tier 1 and call it POTB 16-18, Boost 18-25, life changer 25+. Being able to go anywhere you want is super rare. It's challenging to do, but if you can start putting in the work around 25 to pull it off it can give you an amazing life in your 30s.

⭐ Focus on Tier 1 self-improvement areas, as they provide the most significant results.
💰 Wealth: From 16-18, it's a boost but not as impactful; becomes more important as you age.
💪 Low body fat: Crucial at all ages, but most people have it at 16-18, so it's not as impactful.
⚡ High energy levels: Life-changing! Higher energy leads to better productivity and success.
🏋‍♂ High testosterone: Boosts life up to 30, but if maintained after 30, it sets you apart from others.
🧼 Good hygiene: Points on the board at 16-18, more important as you grow older.
👔 Clothing: Essential as you age; dressing well signals success and maturity.
🧠 Intelligence: Boosts life at all ages, but becomes essential after 30 to be a top 1% man.
💼 Focus on maturity and getting life together to stand out from others in your age group.
🗣 Voice and vocabulary: Improving these can lead to better communication and confidence.
🌞 Early nights and mornings: More productivity and better overall health.
📝 Daily routine/task list: Consistent planning and organization are key for steady progress.
🤝 Social circle: Friends' quality becomes more important as you grow older.
🏃‍♂ Exercise consistently to maintain health and appearance, but focus on Tier 1 improvements for best results.
🧘‍♂ Meditation can help with stress and focus, but it's not a game-changer like Tier 1 improvements.
Remember, focusing on Tier 1 areas will provide the most significant improvements, while other areas can still contribute to self-improvement.

    Gym / street work out
Learning how to sell / code
    Social skills
Reading to have better ideas because it has a great ROI
    25 to 30
    Maintenance of body
Higher salary ( the more you learn you more you earn)/ entreneurship
Social circles related to your life goal even your woman
    30-35
Even maintening 80% of your prime will put in the best bracket
You work as a high end employee/ freelance where you want
Social circle around your passion / a girlfriend putting you first and forward
    35-40
    Still pushing
    40 - 45
    Money working for you
    More Time for you
    Higher status
Cause you are a all a rounder
    Hotter younger women avalaible
    Could settle down
    Make a familly
You have sorted out your life and you did it with a close group of friends
Just do the basics for the rest
V taper ( Split routine kettlebell propre clean diet with fresh food water)
    Nice clothes
Nice skin ( diet + product)

I was wondering if there was a pdf or spreadsheet that I can use to print off onto my corkboard. For me, having an agenda has helped planned my day to day tasks and schedule for the year. I think agenda/planning would fit in the Tier 2 category. Overall amazing video!

I think focusing on building a well rounded personal and business credit profile should be added in as well. Not so much from 16-18 bc most banks won’t even bother bc that’s too young but just like investing I think 18-25 that is extremely important so by the time you’re 25+ it’s just a good look and you can still improve but focusing on it from 18-25 can set you up to fund a potential business that can prosper and reap the benefits by the time you get into the male advantage years. Just my personal opinion bc I took my credit serious and was able to grow a business and now at 24 my residuals are crazy to where I own 2 super cars and my life setup is that much easier when it comes to attracting women to my financial situation where they seek that stability. Also kinda dangerous bc most automatically see me as long term and want to lock me down fast lol. Great vid though!
