Looks like a great day for fishing, and that water is amazing. I have a pond Prowler and enjoy it.

What thrust is that motor? How long can you be out on the water on a single charge? Looks like a great boat to fish off. Looking into getting one.

50 lb thrust motor. Depends on battery. I have a new lithium ion and it can last about 8 hours of heavy use. It is great for fishing! Easy to use, tough, low maintenance. Good luck!

If you don’t mind me, suggesting, why don’t you put your battery in the front of the boat, you have the connector in the front, and it levels out the boat, and when it’s windy, you have more control

Honestly I don’t know. I bought a mega pack of them from BPS but they were not labeled. The ones that seem to work best are the green ones (both light and dark) and reddish/green. All of them have metallic looking flakes in them. I prefer the longer ones (about 4 inches) cuz they are heavier and cast further and skip better. Hope that helps.

Do you like your trolling mortor better in the back than the front and why.

I like the motor in the back only because I’m used to it. I saw others do it that way when I first purchased the boat and just followed suit. I’ve not yet tried it in the front but I’m right handed and I can see the benefits. I may try it next season… thanks for reaching out!

Why are you saying "Go pro caster"? I haven't heard that before.

No. I’m saying “GoPro capture.” I’m using the Hindsight feature available on later model GoPros that allows you to capture up to 30 seconds of footage prior to saying that phrase. It’s a great feature, especially for fishing videos because you never know when a nice hookset will occur and typically miss having that on film because it’s over by the time you choose to start recording. With Hindsight the camera is always recording and the last 30 seconds is held in a type of memory just waiting for the recording to start so it can add it to the SD card. But you have to make sure the video you want to be captured happened in the last 30 seconds of saying “GoPro capture” or it’s gone forever…but 30 seconds is plenty of time. Thanks for the comment!

What body of water are you on?

Honest question. It’s a small private lake in my subdivision. Can’t to say much more than that without giving out a location close to my home. I’m sure you understand. Thanks for watching!
