I hope we can see more gameplay in the future. Its awesome to see more on youtube of this game, as I've been playing a lot. I even banished a daemon host right after you posted this. But the game is in a troubled state. With the way the game is being handled with weapons, servers, and cosmetics, it's worrying. I sincerely hope they add more interesting story too from 40k to engage people instead of piecemeal cutscenes and tiny explanations. (I am just another psycher mumbling in the corner. 😂 but truly, I hope you might enjoy playing it in the future.)

If you pay attention: If theres an Ogryn and a Veteran they always talk with each other, and everything the Veteran says the Ogryn agrees and calls him Boss :)
Just a tip, you should switch to melee and block and dodge the daemonhost's attack. You spend alot of time using your range weapons when enemies are in your face, causing you take unnecessary damage.
The joke is, if I remember from another group of friends featuring Leutin, is that the rest do their best to keep him from getting his lore dumps going by always pushing forward and making sure he can't get a word in.
The lighting from the pools of fire after the barrels explode and the muzzle flashes that illuminate the absolute horde of flesh pushing against you is utterly amazing. I was already excited but this is amazing!
You can tell in Leutin’s voice that he wants so badly to just dive into lore but remembers his audience and restrains himself. This is a feeling I really understand 😅
The Dark Mode was insanely immersive and atmospheric. I hope it wont be only events in the future but you can actually choose it if you want. its way more scary that way :)
We have a friend that does that during missions in various games. Always nerds out and starts in on mini Ted talks. It's pure coincidence he gets slaughtered by friendly fire almost constantly.
Didn't know much about the 40k lore. Got this game and having a blast. Turned to watching Luedin's videos, so funny seeing him here. Also bought some other 40k games now 😌
I roleplay a very “simple” innocent ogryn called cuddles I did it to amuse myself ended up people I play with actually loved it and get into the roleplay feels like I should film it
That is one of the major things I have noticed, when watching players in games, if they have been in the military, well-trained and have been in real combat, they tend to tell everyone, what they see, enemy wise, for targeting and what enemy they are taking on, which is brilliant, because it notifies the squad. This situational awareness, leaves others in the squad, to take care of other threats in multiple directions, while still moving forward and not getting bogged down or falling apart, because of panic, due to lack of information.
... Or pretty much anyone who has played end-game MMORPG raid, or even pretty much anyone who has played any team based game competitively. I’m not even really sure why this was brought up considering Drewski isn’t ex-military or anyone else in this video im pretty sure..
Having Luetin with a bunch of people that don’t know a lot about 40K is great. Luetin: “Oh it’s a Daemonhost…” Drewski: “uh oh, Luetin knows what it is!”
I think a lot of the rifles that don't have anything else just come with a flashlight. Unless it had another special ability like a bayonet, it's probably best to assume it has a flashlight.

Fun thing that makes enemies even more diverse that ive noticed while playing the beta (though it might also entirely be coincidental) The Dregs (yellow cloth lads, most likely hive gangers that joined Nurgle) are not nearly as accurate as the military Scabs. And are also much more likely to switch to melee if you get close. The Scabs will instead just either stab you with their bayonet or retreat to get back into a ranged position. Same enemy, but behaves differently. 'tis nice
Yeah, the enemies have a sort of personality in their AI. The Reapers (big Ogryns with those minigun things) are actually really cowardly if they're in a bad situation, and will run away. It's pretty fantastic
In my first run through this dark mode I had a bug on this level: infinite horde :D The fun thing, it stopped when we reached the staircase (in vid it's 4:52), but for the whole 10 mins we really hold our ground thinking that it's a feature of this dark mode. So we just stayed and fought like a crazy. And those new bosses were so frustrating - 3 on the lvl. That's crazy.
With how the music is so good imagine if they encorporate some kind of rhythm attack based damage boost so you shoot or hit to the beat when its getting heavy to get a bonus on base dmg nothing too OP or gamechanging so its still decent without the music but idk
I love this game! I can't wait for full release tomorrow. Just everyone temper expectations, because the performance is probably going to be abysmal. Hopefully not though!

I was in the first 0.01% who killed the daemonhost, the best way to kill it I've found is with a team of zealots who all have holy revenant. If it looks onto you just back dodge and block. When your until death procs hit it as much as you can to get health regen then continue blocking. If it comes after you first, you die, that simple. However when it is choking you out your team (who should have bolters) can just obliterates it for the second time it is choking someone out. That's how I killed it.
Ogryn with Shield is super easy kill on a daemonhost. Just plant ur shield an let ur team finish it off. No damage taken on my Ogryn on like 5 Daemonhost kills.
Well the Acatran is an ANTI-HORDE weapon so unless you are running the hellbore II, bolter or plasma you are a non contributer to boss damage in malice and above

Its supposed to be a parallel to the Witch from Left 4 Dead 2. albeit much more painful to deal with as the daemonhost will execute at least 2 people before getting out of there while the witch will only take one.

From one bar to three bars difficultly there is no friendly fire but unsure if there is on higher difficultly due to it being near impossible to stay alive that long. But if you shoot a barrel near you ally and it explodes they take damage. so be careful when shooting exploding barrels.
was playin during that hour, it was HELL. 3 failed missions against demonhost... my son said he and an ogryn with shield killed one, apparently ogryn can shield tank the demonhost when it gets all grabbygrabby I HATE THEM!!!! (secretly loves)

once we learnt how to block we go down less to melee guys
daemonhost is a dps check for everyone else and block/dodge/slide(hint) check for the guy who startled it.
It's not even just a dps check, that thing moves so damn fast.

Dont forget to block and dodge, because those are the mechanics that will keep you alive a lot longer, this is a tide game in the end
deamon hosts are childs play, be ogryn, use big shield, Profit for the big E XD
we need a 40k game that is battlefield like. with every map has different factions, or more then one faction on one map. like plant side 2

There is no Friendly fire on any difficulty in game, with any kind of weapon, confirmed by dev and tested by me haha
