- Welcome back to another episode of tasty business. After a butter hiatus, I'm back with a banger: fresh tagliatelle with mussels. Not only sustainable, mussels are also a lovely juicy pairing with fresh tagliatelle.
criminally underrated, this is new favorite cooking content on YT. There is so much garbage content with millions of views, here is one channel that deserves all that and more.

A true gentleman, I visited his restaurant in London (each bite was like the warm embrace of Morpheus himself), he came over to say hello, down-to-earth and passionate about his craft, this man deserves a far greater recognition - currently a sliver of light which will no doubt become a shining beacon (and a great knife too!)

Though i enjoy the ideas from the butter and pasta shorts this series is my favorite content. Maybe because i can see so much of myself in this. Just the other day i took inspiration from your beef cheeks and polenta video and made it with pork shoulder because im broke asf xd.

Try using a larger depth of field on the tight shots, the AF keeps trying to hunt between subjects and it's pretty distracting.
