I think that your reaction is kind and cute. You gave the right energy through all the video 👏 On the other hand, over the controversy: come on, the woman is a legend in Latinamerica for her breakup songs. Yes, this is pretty direct (and all the latinos have the same opinion about it: they really screw up for her to actually adressing them), but it's not even near what she has put on a song in the past. I have almost her age. I was teen when she exploded in the music scene (and in those times was pretty hard to achieve that, because internet wasn't a thing in Latinamerica, people forget that she make her fame and fan base in casette and cd times and being a woman added three times the difficulty to that) and we sang her breakup songs like hymns 🤣🤣🤣 We all knew that Shakira breaking up with this guy will get us great songs and we have not been dissapointed 🤣🤣🤣🤣 She process her life in to her songs. If she's happy or in love or frustrated she pours that in to her writting. It's her way of healing and if you ask me it's a healthy way to do it. Transform your suffering into art. Don't allow your pain to sink you.
