Yup! If I have a loc that is thin in the middle or loose hair just go do a rotation right at that part. It actually works! With 650 locs you may have to combine some to bring your loc count down if it's too taxing to retie. I have 600 and I brought it down by probably 20+ locs. I did it mainly on the locs that are just too thin looking. I have a loctition and she gets it done in about 2 1/2 hrs thankfully but I'm preparing in case I have to eventually do my own hair.
I have some locs that have loose hair in the middle. I think it’s from the twist unraveling. The bottom is starting to loc so I don’t want to disturb it. I interlock the loose part.
Your hair is beautiful as always and thanks for sharing. If you are not too bothered about your loc count how about combining your fragile ones to give them a little strength.
I have 182 and get tired of my reties. As much as I wanted smaller locs I can't even imagine facing 600+ I think you may need to combine those two troubled locs with the thin sections. Have you figured out what you did differently with your reties during those time periods? Overall your hair looks great. Thanks for sharing your journey (I'm 7.5 months so you're an old head to me 😉).
I repair the weaker sections of my locs with loose section of hair in the middle that make my locs fragile using a crochet needle. It works well enough.
I go close it up by interlocking. My theory of how it happens is that when it was twisted that was a weak spot and it unraveled there...only..👀👁👁 Chi...idk! 😁
Congrats on your locversary gal! I actually was ready to see you going to shop or eat or something haha. I have alot of frizz esp from hair that seems to come out of a twisted loc, did u have that and what did you do? All the best in getting a loctician btw
Hey love based off the things u say are goin on with your hair or still goin on with ya hair u should still braid n band also that will combat the bunching if u keep it braided up during the locking process that will correct some of the bunching also rollin n stretching the areas the bunching is even tho I think its budding instead

I just got sisterlocks installed (Nov. 18). I have 536 locs and you are such an inspiration.... doing my own reties seems so daunting!
Congratulations ❤️

Yay! Thank you!

Happy Loc’aversary 🎈🥳 ➰✨ I pray you find the best loctician for you
Thank you!
So that's just your natural volume, you didn't do a twist or braid out to achieve that look?? I love it!
Happy Locaversary!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!
Love the center part 💘 ❤
Thank you ☺️
I want my hair like this. Not sure I have this patience 😩

I’ve had a loc w the loose hair in the middle. I interlocked it but idk what happened to the loc, I lost track of it in my hair.
Ok, I'll have to try that!
@@TyKaraAnn it was really hard though because it was a small loc.
The little buds at the end of your locs are your locs trying to seal

I have hand in hair syndrome too!!! Idk how to stop but I hear it's bad for multiple reasons 😕 😪
Yesss! It is a horrible habit😂

what does it mean when your hair follicles show???

Thanks for the tip
Great video! I hear people say it takes 2 years to fully loc mini locs. Is that your case? Is your hair loc’d now?
You and your HIHS 😆🤣
😂
It's just hair... OMG!
Why not go to a loctician?
I cannot find one in my area
