- On Wed 14/05/14, ex Victorian Railways GM-EMD loco T341 was moved from Melbourne to Healesville back to its owners at the Yarra Valley Tourist Railway after its stint on hire to El Zorro. The task of hauling the loco was done by SMC Heavy Haulages Kenworth K108. The loco was loaded in Melbourne by National Crane Hire, and unloaded in Healesville later in the day by Associated Mobile Cranes.

The amount of skill these truckies have is genuinely awe inspiring.
The crane operators were doing a great job.
The paintjob of the truck is awesome!!!
For its load its moving fast. I have never felt so satisfied
That truck is some eye candy
I love the sound of that engine💯💯🔥
Musik in meinen Ohren. Music in my ears
Facts especially the turbo whistling and the engine itself sounds great
He pulled that load like an empty van body. That's a good driver.
I Love The Sound Of The Engine It Sounds Amazing
Those turbos too, sound so good
Awesome video steve, love the view from the back of the cab, amazing sound as well, thanks for sharing this
That old blue kw is somebody's baby 👌
No.

Very impressive pictures!
Very nice! I see the fall colors on the trees too....headed to winter.
Pretty Cool, I have done 3 of those things. 👍
I have run all types of Cranes, driven trucks hauling heavy equipment
and crane parts... And I have been to Melbourne, not bad for a North
Carolina bloke... 😜😎
No one cares

I was SOOO impressed that the Kenworth don't even break a sweat going fast towing that 200 (maybe) ton locomotive.
60 ton without the bogeys and traction motors.

Amazing. Beatiful Truck.
beautiful locomotive thnx for sharing
Muy buen video
Los felicito excelente trabajo 🙂
Fantastic rear view footage great Camera work
Les camions des américains sont très très élégant ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Literally this is something that always want to see a truck carrying a train
Very Big Truck🥰
It's traveling with a good speed with that much load.. Great
Talk about Monster moves ,Oh wow 😮
That is one beautiful blue monster!
I don't know what type of horsepower that Kenworth cabover has but it is pulling that locomotive as if it weighs nothing. That engine sounds serious💪
@Kenneth Boyer at least 600hp and 2050lbs of torque
The torque would be the most important.
It’s cool seeing a cab over KW that isn’t in a vintage truck parade
Now that's how it's done,,great job..
Sharp looking truck
Beautiful
If I were to wake up in Australia I be confused whether if i'm in America or there. Cause of how some the buildings, road signs and scenery looks is how America looks in some place. The only way I would be able to tell if i'm in Australia is look at the stoplights, road painting, and see traffic driving on the left hand side instead of the right.
This haul was cool and the engine sounds amazing.
U know your in Australia when u can see nothing but gum trees
Looks like this driver has done this at least ONCE before. Nice job.
Beatifull locomotives ! !
That kenworth is a monster.
Great video.
nice work.....
wow amazing
I love the brake sound
makes me happy to see a truck CAN pull a train
Excellent video, some great footage there 👍
Going off on the rails on a crazy train !!!!
Love the Drake trailer 👍🏽
Great video outstanding
nice designs on the high way walls
These and the man show more and very talented show
Bom demais assistir esses baita caminhões transportando tão grandes cargas, como é o caso dessa máquina de trem!
Beautifull truck.
Sweet Rig !!
love it
Good
فديو ممتع ورائع مع مهارتك في القياده ياستيف❤️❤️👍👍👍
Who would have thought The Truck is carrying its number one enemy...
There are dump trucks that could use that locomotive as an engine. :3
Need some more long vids like this one mate! Excellent watch
Trouble is....there's a lot of work in making these, and it usually involves taking time off of paid employment to be able to do it.
Hello Aaron
That crane truck reminds me of that Terminator 3 scene
Looks like an ex HHA outfit being used there, unmistakable blue and black combo
the rig got some power must have a big engine but the crane are very powerful
Great Action Shots! Excellent planning and execution of a heavy move. Such colorful tractor trailer and other gear. Thanks for sharing. What make and model of camera?
highly satisfying 🖒🖒💪
You have to admire that truck driver.s skill!
this iz great!!!!
I love trucks, and I love trains. Put them together...BINGO! Great video! (The thought occurred to me, however, why didn't they just run the engine down on the rails? Couldn't be any more expensive, could it?) Thanks, mate!
Jjjuj
Paul Edstock The rails between Lilydale and Yarra Glen have been removed as have many of the bridges.
If you had a spare 50 million or so you could have put that all back.
Otherwise ... road transport.
Paul Edstock me to i like trains and trucks😊😀😉☺
BH Vivi hu 7thhdxct
I just know this for the tracks and bridges we're all Thor up but that's our government it's cheaper and more green to run things all by train China does that train ride from DC to California would be a lot cheaper or train rides to Florida which they do use
Ohooo man l love Australia....
awsome
alot lighter load without we trucks, motors, and wheels, but very impressive truck
As a lorry driver in late 1950. Larry and trailer 60'' in length carrying 16 ton on lorry 7 ton on the trailer, driver and his offside hand balled load on and off - Top speed 22 miles per hour and no motorway road just A and B roads and only synchromesh gearbox, double clutch every gear change.
+Joseph Landrut If you had a "synchromesh" transmission you'd have no need to double clutch. What you meant was "constant mesh" transmission. And you don't necessarily have to double clutch a constant mesh transmission through every gear, you can "float" gear changes, which the driver of this tractor is doing. I've driven 8, 9, 10, 13 speed transmissions, and rarely double clutched my shift changes. Drove a 3X5 and didn't do much double clutching on it. either.
As a UA-cam poster: SHUT THE FUCK UP.
Super

That is a good truck sounds good to
What a stunningly beautiful Kenworth & Drake rig!
Seems to me that the paintjob is very reminiscent of the H.H.A. colour scheme?
Keep your fantastic videos coming, I've loved them all!
I think that it's one of the ex Jon Kelly Rigs Petey.
Yes
i guess you can now call it a ''Road Train''
No you can't.
Maddy to get the same as the most recent quarter of a sudden urge to
5 more than the original source
Jordan Park Road Train that not one. That a Over Side Truck lol
Jordan Park ppppppppppp
That's piggyback for you.
8:24 first time I've seen a train go the 'wrong' way over a railroad crossing!

A Kenworth cabover semi, wow over here in the USA I haven't seen one of those on the road since the late-1980s. I didn't know Kenworth still makes cabover semis.
Still heaps of them getting around down here in OZ....they are still being made, search for Kenworth K200.
@@emd645e3c wow unbelievable & I thought they became obsolete back in either the late 80s or early 90s. That's awesome.
good, the loco without the axles may weight 90 tons(200000 lb),the truck make force, but has a good gearbox, sure 18 speed. In my country a MACK truck start carrying a emd G12 in a huge gradient,(with difficult) but transported it fron retiro station to La plata.
The video seems more exciting when seen in 2x speed
good truck :D
Nice ute!
Nice
is that an ex hha prime mover??
Que lindo camiones me gusta
Looks like a Clyde built G12 Locomotive. NZR had 10 Clyde Australia built G12's (DA's) & the other 133 were built by GM in the US & Canada. Alot were rebuilt as G22's (DC's) in the late 70's early 80's.
She is a clyde-emd G8. Smaller than a g12 last i checked both in weight, size and power. B-B vs A-1-A+A-1-A wheel arrangements.
@@absentjake123 NZR had 15 G8's (DB's) built by GM Canada delivered in 1965 but had the same AIA bogies as NZR G12's. 12 were rebuilt as DBR's similar to the DC's in the early 80's by Clyde Australia.
When Diesel meets Diesels😍💯💗
what is the tank on the jeep (directly over the 5th wheel) for? hydraulic fluid for the trailer? or extra fuel?
good
8:25, how convient. A train crossing a rail road track.
Locomotive not train
e posante eu adoro caminhoes principalmente carretas esta tem potencia o motor a grande
