With all the reviewers I've appreciated over the first couple years, of my journey, you're the only one that kept it true.
Meaning, you kept it true to the average consumers - neutral and not biased In regards to owning multiple Fragrances (and not trying to compare 🙄)
Yes, we all have a pretty decent Fragrance collection.
However, in our circle, how many people actually wear Fragrances?
It's very low.
So, to the average consumer, they would appreciate THIS type of HONEST feedback.
This is what I like to do for my thoughts on Fragrances.

To the average consumer, this is not worth it as you can pick up similar type for less than half the price. the average consumer will not know better and will not care that you paid a boat load of money.
I tried black tie, office, and date. I didn't like any of them and neither did my gf or 2 of my friends and their gf's. I used DecantX to test them out. Much better pricing since they offer 2ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml much cheaper.
Love you channel, I would say your for sure in my top 3 of frag reviewers, probably my number 1. Your knowledge and insight is second to none. You should make a top 10 in or order video of discontinued fragrances. I pretty sure I haven’t seen one of those yet. Just a thought. Keep up the 🔥 reviews bro.

I agree Black Tie is by far the best of the bunch. Having said that I’ll take my multiple designers over one bottle. JF could have killed it if he sold them a normal prices and sold more instead of less for more

He is not a cheap person but he Boneheadedly decided to use a cheap bottle design.
THAT made people feel like they were buying a cheap item.

Got this in a swap for my YSL 37 Rue and I love it. Essentially got it for $175
As mentioned in this video get it on a bundle love the scent really strong stuff only thing I would say is the bottle being matte black you can't really see thru the bottle too see how much juice is left
If it was like $150 I would probably buy a 100ml bottle.

So just grabbed a bundle of 100ml 2xDate, 2xOffice, and 2xBT for $619 shipped with a B1G1 on the bundle. $103 or so a bottle doesn’t seem insane for the positive reviews. Thanks for an honest take.
I would NEVER spend $60 for a 10ml decant. Even though I like Jeremy he’s OUT OF HIS MIND with those prices!! 👎🏽

Great vid! Quick question, I want to pick up some fragrance one decants because I don't want to spend the money on the full bottle. Is it worth it to grab all 4? I read date and unisex smell similar and also heard that black tie may smell a similar to date too? In your opinion which 2/3 should I buy as the decants are also expensive. I have ultra male btw, if that helps. Thanks!

Great review I noticed people get really triggered when you say "waste a spray" LOL. I enjoy Jeremy's channel however that said I would never pay that much for a fragrance. I don't care how nice it smells but that's his decision as it is ultimately his company.

If you can buy a bundle of fragrance one fragrances for virtually the same price as one bottle then it shows just how ridiculous the mark up price is for the individual ones. I got samples of office and date and whilst "ok" I wouldn't say they are in any way unique. Save your money and stick to the brands that are reasonable in price and not purporting to be something they are not.
Who cares? Literally nobody buys any of his fragrances at the listed price, there's always either a sale or bundle.
I got a sample of Office and I would definitely buy a bottle, however, only with the 60% off deal. The fragrance was composed by master perfumer Alberto Morillas and the longevity beats anything else I own, which makes it full bottle worthy. Chanel and Dior fragrances only last around 6 hours, while Office gives me 8-10.

Mix it with Date and you have a phenomenal smell. Tried it last night and my girl couldn’t keep her hands off me.
It evens out that strong woody smell. Let me know if you try it.

10:10 Maybe it really depends where you live but around me, almost nobody is in the market for a $400 fragrance, let alone can afford one given the current state of affairs. So selling these for anywhere close to what you paid retail seems like a hard reach. I'm sure his line smells great... just not $400 great. I'll stick to looking for more affordable niche brands. Love the review as always.

Any designers approach the same scent as Black Tie?
If I had to choose between Creed aventis or Jeremy create men's cologne for what he charges I would rather buy Creed because he clearly doesn't know how to market his fragrance we still in a pandemic people are still having financial difficulty and it's alot of money when you don't have the Money to begin with I could easily get more for my money going to Marshalls TJ Maxx or Amazon for the price that Jeremy wants for his cologne I think it great he his own boss I think it great he got his own fragrance line but he would easily sky rocket not only his followers on UA-cam but Also his cologne I think he gotta market what he wants us to buy and make the price more affordable in the fragrance market
For this price I could buy 3 back up bottles for each of my favorite fragrances :/ I'll consider this in a few years when it's cheap

What broke my heart the most would be this kind of pricing is the thing that gave rise to all those infamous clone houses. A lot of people who are interested would take this route to try out pricey fragrances and by the time they finished the small bottle half of them would move on to next shiny thing.
It broke me even more when this happened to Office for men, a labor of UA-camr but still small family business. I feared it could happened again here. Not that I really love their creation but the energy spent on this stuffs ... man.
I think the price of Black Tie is a commerciL strategy in order to sell bondles....

Want to get this... But I can get a 6.7oz of Dior sauvage for $200 LESS then the one of this that's also half the size of the sauvage. Would you recommend the purchase of this still? Or should I just get two. Possibly even three colognes for the same of just the one?

Well you can always get a bundle deal which is basically half the prices of multiple scents in a bundle.
There is a cheaper bundle for those that don't want date, you can get the black tie and unisex bundle for about 360 witch is less than the original price

Although Black Tie is the most unique smelling, I don't like the smell of it at all. I actually tried to give away my 10ml sample for free and no one liked the smell of it. I will stay basic and use Office and Date more. Haha!!

No. not at all. It smells like a cross between Tuscan Leather and Dior Homme Parfum. Very strong leather note, pretty medicinal.

Except the quality of those brands is far higher.. they also have far better presentations. Jeremy himself admitted that it's incredibly cheap to produce his fragrances and somehow still thinks it's cool to charge that amount for a designer quality fragrance

He does a lot of discounts for them because they're not selling as much as he'd hope. If he sold them for 80-120$ he'd definitely sell as much as he'd like to.

That's the big problem. Jeremy tends to give top 10 reviews in the in $50-$150 range, where most men dwell. Then he'll throw out a 360 Red $16.99 type everyday. Even at 50% price you could get a tester of Initio Side Effect or Psychedelic Love.
I get why he's pushing his fragrances at nitche prices but the type of subscribers he has are more in the $90 to $120 range. He's doing a 50% off but you have to email him to get a 50% refund on $200 orders right now. I don't have $200 for edp right now. If the website was $95.50, I could buy date. It is not so I don't.

I would decant the bottle and make a few extra coin.
What do you think Black Tie is most similar to?
Tom Ford Ombre Leather, Parfums de Marly Godolphin, John Varvatos Dark Rebel/Dark Rebel Rider
With the contained notes being very similar (if I recall) and in owning both, I equate Black Tie to Leather Eau de Parfum by Acqua di Parma....like 90%+ but with a more elegant/softer dry down. Def a beast mode performer.

@@JoseMartinez-vq9zt No problem. The opening between the two is a little different but in my opinion the mids and the base are very very close. As noted above, Black Tie’s dry down just has a bit more elegance to it which I prefer to Acqua di Parma.
Also realize that if you reach out to customer service @fragrance one, Jeremy does his own customer service and not only did I request a discount but he gave me a 50% off coupon when Black Tie initially came out (I got in on the preorder). You just have to ask. I’ve seen him do from 25%-50% off and I’ve also seen these codes work on bundles so you can actually save a ton if you go that route as well. I don’t proclaim it’ll work every time but you just have to try your luck and see what happens.

It is pretty lame, like one of the worse out there, but to be honest, Tom Ford presentation is definitely nothing special, let's not kid ourselves... 🤷🏿♀️

A lot of people speak about the packaging, but I believe it matches Jeremy because Jeremy is very simplistic down to his own attire.
I’m not gonna lie, it’s one of my favorite bottle designs because I am very simplistic myself.
I also throw away my boxes, so less environmental waste is even better to me.
I have 10 ml, too. Black Tie is a perfect fragrance in my opinion.
Then buy the full bottle lol DO IT I DARE YOU!!

Maybe think of it this way in terms of price: if you like Jeremy and want to support him, support him by buying this fragrance. Going off of this review, Black Tie is the one to buy.
Saying this fragrance is something that would be getting huge hype if it was a PDM, is a big statement.
