Very good love this food look very nice fry. Oyster Omelette very fast this two ladies I love them can eat any time and very days love it very much thank you good video.
Your videos are fascinating. I wish you would list the ingredients on screen so that we knew exactly what they were preparing. Maybe a descriptive paragraph explaining exactly what is happening. I love your videos. What an open window to view another culture from another part of the World. Thank you. :)
You need to use lotsa oil to create the crispy egg crust. Not healthy but I really love this. hahaha Tasty videos... keep up the good job. I love the sizzling sounds too
Everybody is obsessed with the oil. This style of Thai omlette is basically deep fried, which is the secret to the crispy, puffy texture. All that oil is not absorbed into the omlette, because it is very hot before the egg goes in. As well as mussels or oysters, the mixture will have tapioca or rice flour and fish source. Once you've tried Thai omlette you won't go back.
This Thai food looks really similar to Vietnamese Bánh xèo or sizzling cake, but sizzling cake or Bánh xèo is way healthier with all the herbs and just little oil.
Recent subscriber and total fan - thanks for your documenting this! When the lady prepares the eggs she uses 2 egg, some oysters, and then adds the white sauce. Is this white sauce the rice flour and water like they use in southern china? Sometimes restaurants will add tapioca flour too to the rice (1:1/4)
angelgodric People who eat this feel fuller for longer especially if there's not a lot of protein or fats in their diets. I'd eat this anytime to pizza which are full of carcinogenic preserved meats and cholesterol inducing cheese. My grandma used to cook this for us when we were kids and we were still skinny as rakes.
As Chinese Hokkien and Techeow people or Taiwan nese we like to eat this we call oyster omillet,it just version of it in Thai, they just add mussel or shrimp and beansprouts. It is healthy, but that tastes good.
What batter? This is an omelet. The beaten eggs contain mussels and oysters. The omelet looks as though it's actually being deep fried in a lot of oil. Fresh beansprouts are placed in the center prior to folding.
plenty of oil makes the food more fluffy and rise, that's the secret.but the disadvantage is we also eat plenty of oil too. but it's look so yummy, where is it?
a lot of oil is to attain fluffiness out of a single egg mixture. it soaks the oil up and sells it fast before it gets flatten down. taste good but the oil in it really annoying.
Does this guy even eat the food. Or does he sit there for 11 minutes watching them cook the same thing. Eat the damn food, tell us how it tastes, more information!!!

Too much oil 😨😨😨😨
ดูวนไปวนมาจนกลิ่นออกมาจากโทสัพล่ะ🤣🤣🤣

All of you complaining about too much oil ask yourselves why is the Asian population obesity rate so low??
