In all honesty, I've never understood why people mourn celebritie's death. I was under the impression that "they don't even know you exist, why are you mourning them?" And then Wowaka died. His music had _such_ a huge impact on my life. That was when I understood mourning a celebrity. And now, a year later, this song still makes me cry. Thanks, Will, for doing him justice.
EDIT: okay so just found out I'm not the only one who feels this way and I'm so happy that I'm not alone in this feeling.

I've actually never listened to Two-Faced Lovers, so I got the Rolling Girl first, then replayed the song and heard "two-faced lie" and wondered if that was from Two-Faced Lovers

i just found out that wowaka died because i had stopped listening to vocaloid for a while. to know that he's dead is devastating to me, as one of the first vocaloid songs i heard was 'world's end dancehall'.

Will, you and rachie's English covers of unknown mother goose inspired me to try make my own lyrical adaptation. It isn't very good and I think it doesn't flow as easily as your cover but if anyone wishes to use these lyrics to sing along, feel free though from experience it's probably even more difficult to sing these lyrics. I would say I feel confident enough to share these lyrics but I'm also dissatisfied with them. I hope you like them, reader. Also I wanted to make a tribute to wowaka in some way as he has really transformed my childhood with his music and has really moved me and shaped who I am to some extent through his legacy. Not many people talk about this, but here’s the meaning of the song.
The song is a bit like Unhappy Refrain: It’s about the recognition and credit that Wowaka didn’t receive.
Some don’t know this, but after the song Unhappy Refrain came out, Wowaka took a long break from making Vocaloid songs, some argue that this was because of his band Hitorie, but you can tell by Wowaka’s last song before the hiatus that he wasn’t satisfied in the Vocaloid community.
Unhappy Refrain was about the credit Wowaka didn’t get, because people credited Miku, not Wowaka. Unknown Mother Goose is about the same thing, a song about why he left.
You can see in the lyrics that it’s about Wowaka not getting credit

Wowaka was forgotten
The line “Pick me up again” was a mistake on Wowaka’s part. He admitted that the lyric is supposed to be “Give me love again”, people misunderstood it.

It’s sad how Wowaka’s last Vocaloid songs were about an unsatisfaction with Vocaloid music, but I’m sure he’s happy to know that he’s getting the recognition, love and attention even though he’s gone.

As soon as it got to the song Rolling Girl lyrics i almost started to cry. I miss wowaka and respect him so much. He made such a big impact on my life.
I want you to listen to 3:39-4:13. Just take it all in, don't focus an any one part, but close your eyes and listen to how beautifully every thing blends together in a harsh yet gentle blend of noise.

I’m crying. I barely knew of Wowaka’s works, yet I knew that he made it and not Miku. I wish others could’ve seen that before his passing. Honestly, I’m pretty much sad all the time. I only ever really notice it when I absorb media with sad connotations, if that makes sense. I know this isn’t relevant at all. I just feel like an empty shell of who I once was, whoever that was. It’s been so long that I’ve forgotten what it’s like to truly be me.
