I agree, with facing in the door in whatever you do. For example, when dining in restaurant try to face in the door during dining, so that if there some bad happenings while in the restaurant you know what to do or easy exit. Simple habit might save your life.

As per Feng Shui consultants it is NOT okay to have 2 doors facing each other directly. It may cause accidents as well kasi. If ever both doors opened at the same time.
Hello Nerissa, Yes. That applies also kahit na hindi sa Feng Shui. Kasi kapag magkatapat ang door, may risk na magkabanggaan ang mga lalabas dito sa oras ng emergency or magkataon na sabay silang nagmamadaling lumabas ng magkatapat na pinto. Kaya as much as possible po, kino-consider namin na wag talaga pagtapatin ang mga pinto. 🙂
Feng Shui master po ba ang nagsabi? Kung legit na Feng Shui master, valid po yun. Pero kung hindi, don't believe them right away. 😁 Anyway, kahit naman po ako hindi ako master... nakasanayan ko na lang pong iapply yung mga natutunan ko sa mga projects ko na nag hire ng feng shui master. Feng Shui is not an exact science but it doesn't hurt to apply it in your house. Most of the rules of Feng Shui is actually good. And with the houses I designed... wala po talagang perfect na bahay. Parang sa relationship din yan. You have to adjust in order to counter the bad effects if ever. Masmakapangyarihan pa din po si God. 😊

Hello Eric, Lahat ng po request nyo is possible if you have it well-designed and well-built by a good contractor. There are also contractors who handle waterproofing alone... So get a good waterproofing contractor din po. Lahat naman po yan possible basta maayos po ang kausap. 😁 Double check the company's credentials and previous works to be sure.

Hello po. Nowadays Architects have social media pages na din po. You can check online if you plan to get an Architect. Just make sure to double check their company profile and other necessary documents to prove their legalities and professionalism.
