She better be glad that she is not in our county. She would find out that she CAN be out in 24 hours after being served, because the sheriff's office would be there at 08:00 the next morning and they would remove all the items on that property, and set them on the curb. There would be a deputy assigned to stay until the items were removed from the curb, or 17:00 (whichever came first). I have multiple rental units and there is no delaying with our judges if all I's are dotted and all T's are crossed, they firmly adhere to statutory minimums, and out they go. In the rare case that I am going to have to evict someone (usually it is for unauthorized residents, not for non-payment) I tell them that if they exit before it goes to court, I will arrange for a storage facility for their property (for three months), AND pay a local moving company to do all the packing and moving. I have them sign the contract with the company who owns the storage facility also, and I pay the company, I take the liability off of me, and my employees. The $420 that I pay for the packing, and three months storage is well worth it to me to not have to waste my time with preparation, and hearings.

You got served…literally 😅
At first I felt sorry for her, then she pulled the race card and assumed her black privilege. It's a real thing and given this is Oakland County (Michigan?) he better ready some protected harassment.
“That ain’t nobody else’s problem” Facts Judge, facts…
I was going to rent my house in the late 80s while I served overseas in Germany for 3 years. Luckily, a Warrant Officer who particularly didn’t like me, sat me down and told me the problems I might run into (I was young) being a landlord, so he changed my mind. Very grateful for his advice.
You know, I look at a 6' 4" ugly Caucasian every time I shave ! !
Your wife? 😊
I love the YT, where a gentleman goes in takes pictures, gives the trespassers time to collect important papers, all the while saying, I didn’t know, nobody told me. Then his men come in and start putting their stuff into trash bags and moves out to the sidewalk! Love it!
I thought Judge Mathis was back on tv lmao. Younger version 😂
I’m sitting in my office at work and I just looked around. There are Caucasian’s here also. Everywhere I look! I just moved my desk against the door to barricade it.. so scared.
Watch out they are crafty
If this was any other judge like Simpson or Middleton, she probably have another month or two to move out
Motor One plead guilty today in Federal Court for filing false tax forms let’s see how he gets out of this.
Not Caucasian in the parking lot...😮😮oh the humanity. Sad but reality.
At that point, we definitely know that the neighborhood is going to hell in a hand basket!
I never pay my property taxes on account of the angry Caucasians.
wow, she ended up geting the boot, 24 hrs after getting served she is outta there or she'll be helped out. I don't know why either, like everyone else here, that she didn't start packing way before this. she must have really thought they wouldn't put her out on the streets. how sadly wrong was she? she's old and apparently sans any family help and she wants to play dumb like this? man, she is her own worse enemy.
Bye B
she knew about this for long time from all i heard so she should have been totally packed and ready to go
She better be glad that she is not in our county.
I'm so sick of "I have to have subsidized housed" no.. no you don't should have got off your ass YEARS AGO and you wouldn't be begging for government entitlements.
@@every-istand-ophobe6320 Did you know that things have gotten so bad that even people who work full time (sometimes taking on more than 2 jobs) have to utilize government benefits? It’s not just people who don’t work that utilize government benefits. I saw some shocking statistics once (I think published by Robert Reich the economist) that the vast majority of people on government benefits are employed. I don’t have it in front of me so take it with a grain of salt and research it yourself if you are curious. Are you aware that there are many places that pay their workers so little that they qualify for Medicaid, food stamps, and other benefits and that those employers are aware of this fact and are counting on tax payers to subsidize their worker’s basic needs while they continue to rake in millions and sometimes billions in profits?
It wasn't "subsidized", it was a tax foreclosure.
@@scoutandastir lol, she stated in court that she has to have subsidized property to move to.
@@evalthompson513voting has consequences
@@evalthompson513 get a better job if your working 2 jobs and cant make it you've made some horrible decisions in your life dont expect me to subsidize you
Love that Mike always credits Alyssa B for all the great times she's given us all & that she's responsible for!
Maybe we will get cop cam video of them wild Caucasian helping her move out!
I’d buy a ticket to that viewing!
How can some live their entire life in the USA and not know you have to pay taxes! I think she was playing Russian Roulette, how long can I go without paying taxes. Well she found out. I hate it for her to loose her home, but dang!
How could anyone disrespect such a delicate flower!
Proceedings started in April to evict her after the property had been sold. So that means the taxes had been piling up, unpaid, for MONTHS before that, then there had to have been a foreclosure proceeding, followed by a Sheriff's sale, which would also have taken weeks or months...She probably knew she was going to have to move since 2023, possibly even 2022 or 2021
And yet not a single plate on her curio cabinet has been wrapped up and packed away..
She might chain herself to the house
I wanted to side with her... but... she started talking.
14:07 she’s known for months that she needs to vacate the premises
Does she not know the camera is sideways? So annoying. Why didn't the judge tell her?
Just dawned on me , these especially the brother . Are sov cits
This squatter stuff is unreal! People need to work for what they want. PAY YOUR OWN BILLS!
Why should I have to pay my own bills? Isn’t that what the taxpayers are for?
@@tomd9132 Hopefully your joking.
@@Martymar440 it was definitely joking.
I’m all about paying my own bills. The only one I depend on to pay my bills is my wife. Every month she gets my check and I never have to see a bill.
@@Martymar440 now that I wrote that out, I guess technically I don’t pay my own bills. My wife does. 😂😂
Does it count that I earn the money?
@@tomd9132 Same here buddy. Lol
