"The Disintegration Loops" features the last hour of daylight over New York City on September 11, 2001. It is composed and filmed by American avant-garde artist William Basinski.
the difference is the concept, not the instrumentation. these tracks are called the Disintegration Loops because each time the tape is looped, it degrades a little more; thus producing a different unique sound each time it repeats. it transcends the artist in a way, and i personally feel it lulls you into a trance.
my right ear enjoyed it.
This is the most beautiful thing I've listened in my life
The video is better quality too 🤫🥹
Thanks for this! I can't spent a week without watching it! :)
Это просто мой любимый трек, но только теперь со флешбеками
А если честно то это гениальная работа, очень признателен автору
С какими флешб?
После серотонинового синдрома
Oh God I was so looking for this. Thank you. I love you.
A real moment of sorrow
sublime
Let me start again...
this music sound like something would be played at the end of the world
Has the sun comes down, the melody rise
as a sparkly light in the limbo
Woah!
Why is there a girl in a white dress superimposed on the album art?
Unfortunately it's Basinski's hand. The back cover is, him lying upside down, while the front cover is 9/11. Look it up on discogs.
@@banjogyro is there an alt cover for the album? without the arm on the left?
это просто охуенно
лучшее в музыке что я нашел в этом году
Kind of reminds of the Httyd theme. sort of. just off tune. Like it's trying to start but can't. spooky.
😍😍
