As a RAM guy, I was impatiently waiting for this video. What a rig! Now, do the same thing but to a 5500...like the one you highlighted in a video a while back (Lux?).
My only question, how bad did the front bumper restrict airflow over the intercooler?

Different opinions are formed when you’re under the truck for 5 hours in Alaska getting eaten by hummingbird size mosquitoes fixing air ride… for the keldermans huge price you can have some amazing tuned traditional and more reliable suspension

It is a great truck, but I’d only get something like that if it were built on a Ford chassis. I inherited a love of Ford from my dad, and I’ve never owned anything but Ford. No intention to ever change.

If you're considering a 4500 you might as well go all the way and get a 5500 with its massive payload.

I like this rig for it's power for the living vehicle.. but just a suggestion, why not go for electric trucks from Volvo or other equivalent e-trucks
As soon as I can, I am going to get the trailor and ask that the Trailor be equipped to charge the tesla truck I plan to get to tow the trailor
Will that ram 4500 with that bed and tires be able to tow their coming 5th wheel? I'm thinking bed height.
Living Vehicle Rv’s are with out a doubt spectacular in every way and yes even the price too. Going from $380,000 for a used all the way up to $800,000 brand new I’d say this is definitely out of my price range. The truck is gorgeous as well.
Edit: Wait is this company located in Santa Barbara? I just realized there’s either a dealer or they are actually located in my hometown!!!
Beautiful beds, but 16k starting for a basic flatbed no garage and the hitch still sits low enough to scrape maybe try finding a competent welder.

Reason I ask that stupid question, is that I live in Northern California...if you have a truck with a 10000 lb GVWR, And it has anything other than a "Pickup Box ", it requires an "Excess Weight Fee", with a special sticker, and $1500. additional licensing fees, per year...per CHP.

Edit- On another of these videos I told another commenter that 20000 lbs on the ball no wd I wouldn’t trust any less than a 650. Reason being I pulled about that on the ball with my 450 (profile pic) and I didn’t have a good time. At least I had an air braked trailer
Have you seen any Elevation Off Grid videos? The single rear tires and wheels they put on their trucks can handle any load dual wheels can.
Also, dual wheels are not good for off road cuz rocks can get trapped between the tires and slash them up.
@@thekinarbo I do know the advantages of single tires off road. I’m thinking it’ll be like a rig with super singles and they don’t drive quite the same as a truck with duals

I honestly feel like you would still run into issues even spending the 500k on such a short travel trailer.
Yes, a small trailer still lives like a small trailer, which is why slides are such game-changers. These things are built for people who don’t think about the price of things, though…they buy things they want. If you’re not so blessed, these trailers don’t make any sense because they depreciate unlike homes. Can you imagine a middle-classer who financed a LV trailer only to lose $400k 10 years from now?
I cant say that ive been impressed with this series just like the paws series. They may be ultra high end but im not impressed with the designs colors layouts etc. Everything looks very plain to me. The technology is great but thats about all i can say even though i live about 2 hours from them.

That truck is silly. All the power to turn those wheels unless it was re geared. Still lost any hope of any fuel economy other than poor.
